no offense to any french Canadians.. i just find it odd they can't find anyone from BC for that position..
i mean, i'm sure there's plenty of BC growers with over 20 years experience *growing our kind of tree's ;-) -says it all that they don't want to work for tilray i guess.

ah man, this'll be good. then they got the quality control supervisor.. from pharmaceuticals. (though i guess that's OK, as i assume their quality testing is just that it packaged ok, and not that it's actually quality.

look at all their "experts" though eh.. could you see passing a joint to any of them? http://www.tilray.com/home#experts
there's like 2 people who look like they might've smoked pot regularly.
i mean, smoking pot doesn't make you an expert.. but i just can't see anyone being an expert who doesn't/didn't blaze/grow.

I know why Tilray couldn't get a local grower, it's not a secret;

Prospect; 'Hi- Tilray, right? I heard you were looking for a new master grower?'
Tilray HR; 'that's right! Do you have qualifications?'
Prospect; 'Sure do- I grow million dollar crops! What are you paying?'
Tilray HR; 'we offer $100,000CA/yr, benefits... ...hello?'
Prospect; '(sounds of laughter) just before the phone goes CLICK.'
Tilray HR; 'hello?
Hello?

We must get five calls like this a week...'

Master horticulturalist, huh?

Here, put THIS in your pipe n smoke it.

Now tell me about horticulturalism!

Having grown up in a college town and met plenty of PhD holders (many of them delivering me a pizza), I'm not impressed with a fancy degree or title.

Let's see what she grows.

LOL fuck the list of reasons why they're flailing gets longer. SO how many weeks did they study the biology of Cannabis in his plant biology program?..................oh that's right approximately NONE. But hey, experience growing trees for landscaping is the same right?

NO wonder they need the RCMP to do their bidding and bully dispensaries, at this rate, they may turn a profit in a leap year or two
