so ur standin there with ur knob out. its not flowin... try looking up. thats right, look at the wall, then start to move up and then keep looking at the ceiling once ur eyes reach the top and just wait a second.

that should do it.

All I have to say,take a piss or a crap before you get high,it's a lot easier that way.
