The Universe!!!

There is no way to prove or disprove any of your guesses. Viewing anything with a sober mind doens't give you a better or more acurate view. It simply gives you a different view.

good grief you guys are crazy... i started trying to get a good idea of knowledge here and i find that i'm surrounded by people full of theirselves and people with unbending views and people that believe what they see in heavily drug induced states hold any truth... give me a break...

no but i'm not full of myself either... i'm willing to accept other people views and shape mine... and my views are closer to being correct then anyone can imagine... i'm done with this thread and i'm going to continue my quest for knowledge on my own... just as i thought most people aren't ready or willing to accept the truth... PEACE GUYS its been fun...

Grr frthnkr isn't full of himself "my views are closer to being correct then anyone can imagine". Someone is full of something. Actually being an ordained minister and philospher of absolute reality I can say nah nah nah nah nah nah.

Drug induced states can be very revealing, and you can learn much about yourself and in kind the world and people around you. Understanding yourself is the key to happiness (also of course, copious amounts of weed). You need to suffer that bad trip, the kind where you believe you are about to die, the shit-yourself scary kind. Frth', I honestly believe you are lacking in this department. It is you with closed views. You believe that because you believe that anything is possible and indeed could exist, that you have an open mind. Wrong. Your mind is closed to the fact that gods do not exist, closed to to the fact that ghosts don't either. It is you that is unbending and arrogant. You have no vision because you cannot know anything. Or I should say you will not allow yourself to accept the knowledge.

btw frth', how's tinkerbell?

Its amazing what you can learn, discover, forget and completely space out in drug induced states. But that is part of growing and growing is part of life. So its all good.

at this point, honestly, i feel bad for thnkr. hes not patient enough. ppl disagree with his ideas so he gets caught up in arguing that he fails to try to understand them. and he tries to say he isnt full of himself. he talked about skimming thru this thread, thats what he does with every post, he never thinks about shit on a deep enough level to understand where it came from.

skh, ur a pretty stubborn dude, but weve seen eye to eye alot because weve seen threw alot of the miscommunication.

people say ignorance is bliss when they get tired of thinking. ive made it threw, and im centered. im solid. thnkrs gonna be trapped until he pushes himself a little more or until he recedes into a bland life of relying on shallow ideas he never let mature.

last night i had a funny experience. i was of sound mind all night, but out of nowhere i believed a cat was god for a few seconds. i looked at its eyes and the line in a nickel back song "and this is how u remind me" played in the background. the cat seemed to stare right into me, like at the inner me and it seemed to trying to trick me. when i looked at it, in my head god was talking to me telling me that i dont know as mush as i think. kinda hard to explain.

my two buddys walked out of the room and after i looked at the cat, one of them crawled out from under a pile of blankets. from my view he just teleported. way weird. but i made myself proud. i petted the cat and told him (with my thoughts) that its all gonna be alright. gods dying guys.

Gave me a little shiver. There is much more to know, of this I'm sure. Most of it is inside us, we need to understand ourselves better... add reasoning to our behaviour, no matter how insignificant we feel the behaviour is. With this knowledge we can better understand other people, almost read their minds.

The mind is more powerful than we can imagine, we need to unlock it's secrets... this is the next evolutionary step for mankind. So long as nature doesn't kill us off, but how we love to piss her off.

Don't mean to be impolite, but you look a fair bit older than 26.

So let me get this straigth preo, you believe the "real" universe has allways existed and allways will, and because it was never actually "created" it has no force behind it designated by newton's law other than itself. Is this a correct assumption of your beliefs? It sounds like a very likely possibility to me.
One theroy is that the earth is essentially like a 'bubble' that gives 'birth' to new 'bubbles', and all these 'bubbles' r attached via an 'umbilical cord' so to speak...never really beginning or ending...

theoretical physics String field Theory

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

String field theory is a proposal to define string theory in such a way that the background independence is respected. String field theory can be understood as a quantum field theory with infinitely many fields which are unified into one master "string field". This string field, roughly speaking, assigns an operator to every one-dimensional curve (string) in spacetime, much like a quantum field assigns an operator to each zero-dimensional point in spacetime.
String field theory did not turn out to be helpful in the second superstring revolution because this revolution has revealed that other objects such as branes are as fundamental as the strings themselves. String field theory is based on the assumption that the strings are the fundamental objects, and it makes it more difficult (or impossible) to understand dualities within its framework.
There are several versions of string field theory - for example the boundary string field theory or the cubic (Chern-Simons-like) string field theory constructed by Edward Witten. In the late 1990s, both of them turned out to be very useful to understand tachyon condensation.
