The trouble with irony. . . .

I found this recipe though and it looks pretty good, I might make these this weekend

Honey Sriracha chicken skewers -

INGREDIENTS
    • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
    • 2 tablespoons sriracha
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
    • 1/2 teaspoon granulated onion
    • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
    • Handful of fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  1. Special Equipment
    • Skewers (if wooden, soak for 20 minutes before grilling)
PREPARATION
    1. CLEAN and oil the grill grates (I like to use the end of a cut onion dipped in olive oil to oil my grates) and preheat the grill to high.
    2. IN a liquid measuring cup or small bowl, whisk together the vinegar, sriracha, honey, and mustard until smooth. Set aside.
    3. CUT the chicken thighs into small square pieces, 6 to 8 pieces per thigh. Put the chicken in a large bowl and season it with the paprika, granulated garlic, granulated onion, and salt. Add the oil and mix to coat the chicken. Divide the chicken among the skewers.
    4. GRILL the skewers until thoroughly cooked and slightly charred, 5 to 7 minutes on each side, lightly brushing the sauce over the skewers as they cook.
    5. PLATE the skewers and top with blue cheese and parsley.

'He's growing into the leader we all hoped he'd be."
"He's an honest straight shooter"
"Everyone deserves a second chance"
" He banned immigration because their safer at home"
That pretty much sums up the video.

Ok thanks, still not watching the video though

I'm cooking THAT this weekend. I like the suggestion of oiling the grill with the onion.

Not everyone gets that making a thread and posting a YouTube video that no one is going to watch without some kind of comment or explanation is a retarded thing to do

How ironic
I've been reading up and watching videos on how to make tofu. I made my first attempt at making tofu from soybeans today.

Bombed. The teensy bit of curds that I did get were good though. I'll try again. I have some ideas about what went wrong and will start the process of figuring it all out.

It's easier to make a video than it is to follow advice from one.

Good point. I am less advanced in mental, physical and social development than is usual for my age.
