And, you do realize that these are ALL Marijuana cases don't you? So when you say "I never once mentioned your Marijuana case", not only did you specifically quote me saying "Marijuana Case" to try and prove a point (which you failed to do), but all of these cases are Marijuana cases.

I'm going to post some PDFs of my Federal case in Dallas against the DEA, and I want people to try to find flaws in it. And I have no idea why these pictures are taking so long to upload to the email, I am just trying to send them and they are attaching, but they are just sitting in my outbox; and it has been like 2 hours.
But I got downloads of my case from Dallas, so I am going to be posting that here so people can look for flaws if they can find them; and so I can point out things that other people can use in their cases, because I have some really good stuff in my case.

Estoppel
A legal principle that bars a party from denying or alleging a certain fact
owing to that party's previous conduct, allegation, or denial. The rationale behind
estoppel is to prevent injustice owing to inconsistency or Fraud.
Estoppel by acquiescence
May arise when one person gives a legal warning to another based on some clearly asserted facts or legal principle, and the other does not respond within "a reasonable period of time". By acquiescing, the other person is generally considered to have lost the legal right to assert the contrary.
Cox v. Louisiana379 U.S. 536 (1965)
"My understanding was that they would be allowed to demonstrate if they stayed on the
west side of the street and stayed within the recognized time"
and that this was "agreed to" by White.
The students were then directed by Cox to the west sidewalk, across the street from the
courthouse, 101 feet from its steps.
When police officers told Cox and his fellow protestors that they could demonstrate
across the street from the courthouse, they gave them permission that could not be
taken away by a simple order to disperse."

Marijuana Case, Dismissed, Dropped, and me Discharged from Jail (I decided to go to Texas and go inside the jail while I fought my case, and I helped other people with their cases)
The "Motion to Dismiss" on 9/16 was a 144 page Memorandum of Law, and on 9/18 the State withdrew themselves from the Case

The first picture is a background check place, and that is who I was talking to to make sure it was gone. But the first time I called they said it would be cleared after 2 weeks if there was no dispute, then I got this back (the one in the Picture), so then I called and talked to various people in the county, and suddenly it was gone and they were telling me "I don't know how you found that", but the first picture is what I have from the background check place, and the second picture is from the county website when it was still there. And they claim it just never happened.
Everyone go to the Collin County Court websites, or Google or wherever, and see if you can find this case existing anywhere now.
And btw, I have a clean record.

I just uploaded the primary "Petition" or "Complaint" in my lawsuit to this website, so if anyone wants to go over the case that Dallas has been sitting on since March, here it is. It is much better than the other ones, I used what the Judges said in the other ones to build this case.

I won't need to file anywhere but Colorado, if you look in the "Prayer for Relief" section, I asked for a Law to be applied that forces the Newspapers that are Regularly Circulated within the District to report on the case 5 out of 14 days or something like that (for cases like this). And when that happens other Media will pick up the story (since it is the DEA and AG), and other people can just cite my case in other Federal District Courts.
