Hey Sam it's nice to see you around again, all content with where you're at that's ideal.
It's a complete restart...from running the show to just being apart of the show, but my stress level is at an all time low and my associates and team/departmental leaders are not idiots like the last people i was forced to work with as apart of appreasing investors.

My old grow isn't doing well so theirs some schadenfreude there ad well.

So Def content. For now.

Weird. This is to get the vegging plants as big as possible before slowing them down with organics to appease and somewhat trick customers?
No, just how they do their feeds to keep cost down.

Plants end up about 4-5 feet tall and are transfered from plugs to 4in pots to 1 gallon pots to 7 gallon pots over a peroid of 6 weeks.

It's all slow intentional growth, takes time to build up beneficial populations and for plants to fully root out into larger pots.

Only reason they are slow growing is because of low ppfd since they have 30ft ceilings and lights are hung on chains and don't move up and down, also lighting for each room is kinda in the medium low range , maybe 40k for a 4000 sq ft room, more then likely due to usable Amps per 8 bloom rooms, gonna recommend supplemental COBs and possible UV lighting

Buy seemingly the 500+ pounds a month it's produces is enough...company makes about 400k a month, so that's like 4 million a year plus
