The only person I saw who talked sense in this entire video was this single black guy who jumped out of a car @22:ish to talk to the LARP'ers:
Screen Shot 2020-09-05 at 2.15.15 PM.png

And this lady @9:00 telling the guys with guns, they are not there to bring us together when they bring their guns, they are there to separate.

Also George Floyd was an asshole he was a repeat offender. And the most fucked thing he did was rob a house and put a gun up to pregnant woman! Now I don't agree with the cop killing him. Im not big fan of cops either and know they do alot fucked up stuff especially being a stoner myself. But this guy was not an angel. Candace Owens is an African American woman also does not support thug Floyd! And reported about his past crimes. Theres a very large percentage of African Americans that are embarrased and don't support BLM!
So let's say YOU committed a crime... (Who cares what it is) Crime is crime correct? Breaking the law is breaking the law.... So let's say you had a shakey past... and then you were approached by some cops for ANYTHING... cuz you know they just want a reason.. and you end up killed by a knee sitting on your neck til your last breath has drawn out of you.... Would you like the world to bring up your past and deliberate whether they should give 2 fucks about you? Or would you smile down at the fact that someone was seeking justice for you?

We don't see what happened before that though. We don't know why he was running from those white guys at least one of which had a gun too.

I still think he got radicalized to think it is ok to carry a gun in someone else's home, and shit that we don't know happened, and this kid now has murdered people.

View attachment 4667647

He is defiantly crowded around a bunch of potential domestic terrorists in this picture. Who is to say some boogaloo domestic terrorist didn't jump out of his LARPing gear toss on some black and create chaos? I think the NY Times is a very good read to get the full picture of what is known on this so far. The guy popping off rounds in the air after this kid is chased triggered that little rabbit into being a killer in that moment.

But this kid was also radicalized to think it is ok to go to someone else's neighborhood packing openly like he is, is a big problem. Especially because we know Russia has been attacking our citizens with this exact subject.

Regardless of what happens from here, that kids entire life is now screwed, he is now a murderer.

Also the guy he shot who had the handgun, I wouldn't scream 'medic' if I got shot on the street I would call for 9/11.

I think this is likely just more right wing produced violent street propaganda to once again try to paint the BLM protests as anything but peaceful to help Dear Leader's election chances.
any 17 year old who travels hundreds of miles out of his own state with an AR long gun; gets what he deserves.

he's a front row rally Trumper* who will at the end of the day require a colostomy bag- his bad.

The guy starts off all tucked in when the video starts and lights him on fire. Makes me think it was a staged video that went a little haywire.

Screen Shot 2020-09-06 at 3.09.17 PM.png

He runs out of the puddle of gas (?) that seems to have soaked into his shoes judging by the fire footprints he leaves behind as he runs.

Screen Shot 2020-09-06 at 3.09.57 PM.png

The guy rolls around as the other people around him try to put him out, finally someone comes in and suffocates the fire and another has a fire extinguisher to end it.

Screen Shot 2020-09-06 at 3.10.16 PM.png

When the guy rolls into the crowd and they rush to put him out you can clearly see it is a sea of white people.

The real magic of this clickbait video is in the comments, where this is firmly branded as 'left' and invoking pre-snowflaking for Trump against the 'Democrats'.

At least they gave up (for this video at least) trying to paint these rioters as Black Lives Matter protesters. Instead everything violent not involving a bunch of idiots with guns and MAGA gear gets branded as "Antifa".

I saw this and thought you might get a chuckle:

Authorities have established a plan to bus in “elders” from around the city to stand between protesters and police for Sunday night’s demonstrations. The idea came from local Rev. Myra Brown of the Spiritus Christi Church.
From this article:Screen Shot 2020-09-06 at 6.09.19 PM.png
https://www.nbcnews.com/news/nbcblk/rochester-officials-announce-police-reforms-after-death-daniel-prude-n1239444
The city of Rochester, New York, is moving crisis intervention out of the police department amid outrage and protests over the death of Daniel Prude, a Black man with mental health issues who died after officers placed a spit hood over his head and restrained him.

Rochester Mayor Lovely Warren announced that the crisis invention department, and its budget, would be moving to the city’s department of youth and recreation services during a press conference Sunday. The change comes amid days of protests following the release of video of the March incident involving Prude.

“We had a human being in a need of help, in need of compassion. In that moment we had an opportunity to protect him, to keep him warm, to bring him to safety, to begin the process of healing him and lifting him up,” Warren said. “We have to own the fact that in the moment we did not do that.”

Police Chief La'Ron Singletary told reporters that he supported the need for reform in his police department, and that he was working with experts and clinicians in getting outpatient services for those who struggle with mental health and are in repeated police contact.

“I understand that there are certain calls that law enforcement shouldn’t handle alone and we are looking at ways to reimagine policing surrounding mental health, and have been for the last several months,” Singletary said.

It’s unclear how and if police would respond to calls regarding a mental health crisis in the future, or when the intervention team would officially leave the department.

Both the mayor and chief were asked at the press conference if they had contemplated resigning. Warren stated she was committed to staying and seeing through reforms in the city, Singletary would only say reports of his resignation were a "rumor" and that he had not been asked to step down. Warren reiterated her full support of Singletary.

Relatives of Prude, 41, released police videos on Wednesday and Thursday of the March 23 encounter and claimed that it shows officers used excessive force to restrain him. Daniel Prude died of "complications of asphyxia in the setting of physical restraint,” with the drug PCP listed as a contributing factor, according to an autopsy report from Monroe County Medical Examiner Nadia Granger.

Warren announced on Thursday that seven officers had been suspended over the incident and New York Attorney General Letitia James said Saturday she has empowered a state grand jury to investigate Prude’s death.

The man’s brother, Joe Prude, said he had mental health and drug problems and had been acting out on March 22. Joe Prude called 911 that day, and Prude was hospitalized for about three hours for a mental health check.

Prude had been visiting from Chicago and returned to his brother’s home, where he apparently began acting out again, according to his brother’s account. Joe Prude said he again called police, this time resulting in the incident shown in the video.

The videos show when officers found Prude naked in the middle of a street, shortly after 3 a.m. on March 23. Prude complied with orders to get on the ground face-down and put his hands behind his back, the video shows.

While handcuffed, Prude seemed to be speaking in a nonsensical manner, at one point asking officers for a gun, according to the videos. Police said the officers placed a spit hood on the 41-year-old because he said he had COVID-19.

At one point, it appeared Prude stopped breathing. Paramedics tried to revive him and he was put on life support at a hospital, but died seven days later.

Singletary previously stated that a state investigation must conclude before he can determine any disciplinary action for the officers involved.

Michael Mazzeo, president of the Rochester Police Locust Club, the union representing city officers, said Friday that his members had been told for months they did nothing wrong in their response to Prude.

The videos sparked four consecutive nights of protests in Rochester as protesters rallied against the delay in information regarding the circumstances of Prude’s detainment and death. Demonstrators who refused to disperse Saturday night were met with tear gas and pepper balls deployed by police, who said protesters threw bottles, rocks, and fireworks at them, according to NBC affiliate WHEC.

Singletary and the mayor both stated they received intelligence that “outside agitators” have come to Rochester to participate in the protests. Singletary said there was “credible information” that those people wished to target “symbolic features,” such as the building of public safety.

“We have arrested people providing addresses from Alaska to Massachusetts and other parts of the country,” Singletary said.

Authorities have established a plan to bus in “elders” from around the city to stand between protesters and police for Sunday night’s demonstrations. The idea came from local Rev. Myra Brown of the Spiritus Christi Church.

While it is unclear when the protests will end, it is imperative to ensure the safety of young people who are marching, Brown said Sunday.

“We elders have volunteered to put our bodies on the line to make sure that that happens,” Brown said. “Because this community needs to unrestrictedly be able to walk these streets, be able to make the demands that they want to make, and to be able to go home without pepper spray or pepper balls in their eyes.”

Singletary did not say whether police have been told not to use pepper balls or similar irritants in the presence of elders, and instead told reporters that the department was still in the planning stages for the protest.
I was interested because I heard they mentioned that the arrests included people from places as far away as Alaska and Massachusetts and saw that, thought it was pretty crazy coincidence about the 'elders'. I wonder if they set them up with cameras to pinpoint the rioters.

I just checked and it's a real thing.

The goal of the elders is to diffuse another potential confrontation between police and protesters. Rochester police have deployed tear gas, pepper balls and pepper spray on three consecutive nights to disperse crowds.

Brown said the elders have stepped up to put their bodies on the line. When asked if she was worried about their safety, Brown said "they'd better not get hurt."

The community members were bused from the church on Fitzhugh Street to the Public Safety Building by the Regional Transit Service early Sunday evening.

It seems protesters object. Not because elders will be there but because they feel their Mayor could have taken the fuse out of the political bomb by taking real action.

Stanley Martin, an organizer of Free the People ROC, disagreed with the mayor's decision to call on the elders.
“It’s irresponsible for Lovely to put elders in this position, to feel like ‘we have to protect our youth, we have to put our bodies on the line to protect our young people," Martin said. “It is absolutely messed up, and it’s not OK, when she literally can make a call and have this stopped. And if she can’t make a call and have this stopped, then we have much bigger problems than we can even fathom right now.”

I think they are both right. It's necessary to de-escalate by whatever peaceful means necessary. It's also true that her use of an elder's wall between police and demonstrators doesn't address the problem with a police force that is out of control. It's a mess. The mayor's hands are not clean either.

Things had better go well tonight and the protests as well as cops had better behave or some innocent blood will be spilled. Those elders will make an interesting target for bloodthirsty boogaloos. If they manage to get close, watch out.

If this were a novel, I would put it down because I could no longer suspend my disbelief.

I don't know much about 'Global News', but I found their coverage of the '100th night of protests' in this video.

This caught my eye, they blurred this van out that was in the 'Proud Boys' propaganda video painting BLM as rioters (and other videos) to the people who are willing to convince themselves that Dear Leader is not lying to them about the social unrest that he has just time after time enflamed.

Screen Shot 2020-09-07 at 12.31.38 PM.png

They are hopefully a trend in moving away from the branding being dictated by the trolls online.

This video says couple new security camera shots show the guy who was shot up because Trump demanded retribution for 'his supporters' death, hides around the corner to get behind the guy he shot.

Screen Shot 2020-09-07 at 2.42.46 PM.png

The guy who was murdered had bear spray and baton in his hands, I am not sure if it will eventually turn out that their is more film about the friend that the was supposedly about to get 'killed' according to the guy's interview with VICE news.

Screen Shot 2020-09-07 at 2.45.58 PM.png

Then he steps out and tragically kills that man.

Nope, but seeing the truth of what the people do on the daily is disturbing right?

You see it on the news, and yet, you all seem to ignore it like it's some kids at summer camp, just excusing the bad behavior.

No matter, it is what it is :)
The problem is you are ignoring the elephant in the room radicalizing these domestic terrorists into rioting in our nation.

It is not 'summer camp', but as stated by Trump's administration, the protests for police reform and social justice and the rioters that are using them as cover, are not the same thing.

Trying to act otherwise is just forwarding Trump's propaganda.

I find it (and other things in that story) suspicious they have the last paragraph to paint the violence as 'leftist' at the end, after breezing past the cops who shot up the guy for a minute and a half. Which is weird especially after Trump 'asked' for it to happen.
If anyone has the Washington post (or a free viewing) this article is worth looking at to get a really in depth look at what happened throughout the night with that guy, they have video clips and whatnot too.

Here is the guy that was murdered:
Screen Shot 2020-09-09 at 9.45.52 AM.png

The guy who said he murdered him in self defense that got shot up for over a minute.
Screen Shot 2020-09-09 at 9.46.04 AM.png

After a truck of Trump supporters drives past him hitting his group with some kind of stick.
Screen Shot 2020-09-09 at 9.46.21 AM.png

When it pulls past he can be seen in the same stance as he was in the security photos that were released with his hand ready at his gun.Screen Shot 2020-09-09 at 9.47.37 AM.png

I believe that this guy and the kid killer in Kenosha have both been radicalized by this attack on our nation that (at best) Trump is allowing to take place. This shit needs to stop.

Enough with the politics. This topic should not be discussed in a Cannabis forum. Yes, many of you hate Trump - we are reminded by that daily with the lefts hate and intolerance that has gone on for nearly four years. Now they are burning, looting, killing, and harassing peaceful Americans and then have the nerve to say Trump is fomenting the violence. Even Black Americans see the hypocrisy with 45% of this demographic supporting him.
What are you seeing that you would say that it is 'the lefts' doing this rioting that is happening under Trump's watch?

Trump's minions forcing government workers to lie to the congress by increasing the number of migrants with ties to terrorism, and creating a false flag so Trump could politicize the rioting as 'left' and suppress facts of the real problem with the white supremacist domestic terrorism.

WASHINGTON (AP) — An official at the Department of Homeland Security said in a whistle-blower complaint released Wednesday that he was pressured by agency leaders to suppress details in his intelligence reports that President Donald Trump might find objectionable, including intelligence on Russian interference in the election and the threat posed by white supremacists.

Brian Murphy says in a whistle-blower complaint filed with the agency’s inspector general that he was demoted for refusing to alter his intelligence reports in an “illegal and improper” manner.

The former FBI agent and Marine Corps veteran had served as principal deputy under secretary in the Office of Intelligence and Analysis.

In August, he was demoted to assistant to the deputy under secretary for DHS Management.

“Mr. Murphy is, put simply, a dedicated public servant who has had a laudable career prior to the recent events that have led to the submission of this package to the OIG,” his complaint states. “Prior to his current circumstances, he had never had so much as a negative fitness report in his professional career with the U.S. Government.”

In his complaint, he alleges that former DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen, current acting Secretary Chad Wolf and his deputy, Ken Cuccinelli, repeatedly pressed him to change intelligence assessments in ways that would support administration policies or avoid offending the president.

In one example, he said Nielsen and her deputies pressed him to exaggerate the number of migrants with links to terrorism who have been detained at the Southwest border. Murphy said she falsely used a higher figure in testimony to Congress.

The complaint says Wolf, who has been nominated to be secretary by Trump, directed Murphy to cease providing intelligence assessments on the threat of Russian interference to the U.S. because it “made the President look bad.” Murphy said he declined because it would be a violation of his duties not to do it.

He said Cuccinelli directed him to modify a section of a report on white supremacy to make the threat appear less severe, and to include information on left-wing groups to echo administration talking points around civil unrest following the protests over the killing of George Floyd.

A copy of the complaint was released Wednesday by Rep. Adam Schiff of the House Intelligence Committee. Schiff says he has asked Murphy to testify to Congress.

DHS did not immediately respond to a request for comment by The Associated Press.

Yes. My contention is that defunding the police is an end goal, not a starting point. I'm not against it, just pointing out that some of the violence is counter productive. On a road to voluntary civil obedience through social change, violence doesn't inspire my confidence this movement.
I don't buy into the people who are painting these protests as violent are anything other than mostly white supremacists and radicalized online domestic terrorists, regardless of what 'brandname' they fell into believing.

I agree that money could be transferred or used differently than just buying tactical gear and armored vehicles. But the people pushing for this are people that don't even have an actual plan. And those posting on this site are totally clueless. I've been living with their type for years here in Portland. They support the violence and vandalism in Portland. If they are protesting against police violence with their own violence then they're no better than what they claim they're protesting against.

These are the protesters in Portland. An elderly lady comes out of her house with a fire extinguisher to put out a fire they started and they taunt her.

Are those the rioters or the protesters setting the fire? I don't see (outside of the length of time) this as being much different than many other times in our nation that inexcusable violence has occurred during protests, it is just that we are not able to escape seeing it.

It seems that it is one giant circle of radicalization you have going on in Portland. And everything that occurs gets used and spammed in a way to people to further radicalize and divide up people. Bad cops going too far on peaceful protests create fuel for people that see it as wrong and push back, which is spammed to people who then radicalize against the anti-police protestors and on and on until we get to today where people are looking for a fight and getting murdered on the street just to get shot up for a minute by police because Trump asked for it.

This shit needs to stop, we won't be able to come together until the Russian and any other countries attack on our citizens using online propaganda to divide us is occurring.

And I don't know what they did to this elderly woman.
