any1 no what im talking about... i think only dudes get it but maybe girls do

but it will be in the middle or end of your pee and all of a sudden you just get like a shiver up and down your spine and it makes you jerk all of a sudden and its all tingly feeling??

just wondering if this is me or if anyone else has experienced this
