Do you think one of those ultrasonic humidifiers would work for misting the roots?
I bet it would.
I have one and it worke great to raise humidity in tent, and is totally just a fog.

I have this one, and it is easy to clean compared to others , has adjustment dial, and has great reviews

Just flipped these yesterday. Had to pinch a couple tops on the plant on the right as they were starting to get ahead. The one on the left...is growing sort of strangely? Very uneven tops...a few are noticeably shorter. Should I pinch all the others? It's really squat and bushy compared to its sister....perhaps more indica dominant.

It works better if you keep them all even. Nugs adjusts them to keep them all at the same height.
Yeah...I thought maybe I'd be able to move the taller tops to the outer ring and even them out that way...but if you can see the two tops on the front right are quite a big shorter. Not sure that alone will work. Might have to go pinching....:)

I have used many methods of humidification and piping the output of a
pond fogger (say a good three disk model == mucho fog) into a container
with roots would be very easy to do.

Has anyone done this?

It could be in addition to bubblers.

Good idea Mo.

What a great showcase of mainlined plants, thank you Nugbuckets for sharing your technique with the world & thank you people who share information freely.
I'm starting my first set of mainlined plants; iv'e never used this technique before should be fun, by the way I heard of this technique through an E-newsletter, here is the link if any one is interested.
http://growweedeasy.com/main-lining-technique-nugbuckets Beautifully laid out, easy to follow.

I'll be putting pics up soon. There about a foot tall.
I'm working with 5 different genetics & 4 are regular type seeds so I wont know the sex for a while & 1 fem the Killa-Watt.
1. Bodhi Seeds Lucky Charms
2. Bodhi Seeds Sunshine Daydream
3. Rare Dankness Scott's OG
4. Seedism Killa-Watt
5. GrandDaddy Purple Seeds Bay Dream

I wonder which ones will respond well to this technique?
They are all outdoor & organic. I discovered mainlining a bit late so as you will discover they look like tridents.
Great there is a thread to show my first attempt at mainlining, hopefully I will get a few pointers as I am new to this.

Peace.

Nug where you at in the good ol UP. It's great to have a fellow yooper who does such a great job. We need to get in touch man as I feel we think alike in terms of meds. I got a great strain of sour grapes that is killer. Would love to exchange. I get 5-6 zips with minimal training every time and the smoke is amazing in the exhale. Also have 2 phenos of the amazing vortex with 2 female time wrecks just going.

You can give them a hard bend to slow them down. The Mulanje 2 had several different dominant tops and I bent them all until I gave up and let it just finish.

Took a main before the rain:

Day 42 of 12/12

Had a good week back in my shop and about 75% as far as work goes.

Had a good week with the ladies also, until yesterday, my pH/temp meter died. Not sure whats up with that going to call them today to try and figure it out. Anyway I went to Wally World and got some pH strips for a fish tank, only problem is it only measures to a low of 6.2 so when I start my Hempy buckets I will definitely need a new or repaired meter. After 6.2 the next measure is 6.8 so I will have to find a happy medium today.

They are not growing a lot now but putting on weight, drinking about a gallon of h2o and/or nutes a day, stinking up the box, almost a too sweet smell. After I close the box during inspection or feeding it takes about 30 minutes for the smell to leave the garage, LOL, love it!

As an experiment I trimmed off some leaves from Q2's daughter mainly to open up the lower buds and have seen no negitive results. The lower buds have taken off and beginning to bulk up. Will show a pic of before and after. Q2 is doing just fine, looking like a lovely lady and bulking up also.

The new additions to my clan are doing fine, out of six pills, 3 WW and 3 Ace only one WW popped and is looking good, but all three Ace popped, two are fine and the third started unrolling and the tap root was out the bottom of the Root Riot. I transplanted into the 18 oz. Hempy cup but it is just sitting there doing nothing. Keeping an eye on her.

Ok, some pictures.

Something that is interesting is that with the accidents that broke off a few shoot that had me creating a 9 shoot mainline, the three minor shoots are on the inside of the circle but some of the side shoots of the other six mains are larger than the minor shoots, to me that show the power of the manifold system.

Got it at Aqua Lab Tech, always quick shipping, they carry so many so many so many glass blowers, good guys, good company...

http://aqualabtechnologies.com/scientific-glass/grav-labs-glass.html

Cool pieces, bunch diff sizes, ranging from like $30 to $65 USD, mini's to x large, some with x shape downstem diffusers, some with shower-head diffusers, just looked like something i needed in my collection, lmao, I have the large its quite big, like a mini bong, the bubbler is around 6 7/8", and the mouth piece is a perfect 6 inches, on the large model, also has that great mouth piece, for impossible splash back. Keeping it nice and sparkling clean is irritating me though...Daily cleaning it lol

The flavor of the herb is perfect, with the piece, you taste everything....and with the carb and big smoke chamber, you can control perfect hits...and see it milking... Grav Labs did well with this lineup
