Hey Nugs if you take the covers off them small fans and bend the blades (add some pitch) they work a hundred times better just did mine why i mention it. But the Lab is looking very clean and professional, outstanding work. I've seen clones much worse make it so I'm sure your going to be fine!but i'll burn one to the gods anyway ehh? lol
dude, nice tip, getting done first thing in the morning....plus rep bro..

this 100%! its highly significant in the increased airflow. that is a great tip and when you get to the stage where you are REALLY dialing it in, minute improvements like that are gold. good call homie

Nugs, my hat is off to you. Not only do you have the rare ability to blend the art and the science, your generosity of spirit, your humble willingness continue to learn and share is a gift to all. Thanks brotherman.
Quick question for the nerds: I have 10 pack of Agent Orange, 10 pack of Jilly Bean, 5 pack of Appollo 13-BX
My flower room can fit 4 x 8 heads
This is my first ML effort and I'm wondering if I should stick with one choice (canopy management) or mix em up. Is one of the above easier to learn, more forgiving for my first effort?
Thanks for any feedback nerds, Sub

Thanks brother, glad you have joined in....if i were you, and you were ML'ing for the first time, i would build a cheap simple adjustable flooring scene, then you will be able to run whatever you want....i would germ 3 seeds of each, and choose the best 4 girls from them......all three of those strains can stretch......good luck, and let us know what you choose to do.....nugs

......you can see the floor right at the very end of this vid......

Deep (or not so deep) Thoughts........:leaf:

Main-Lining is simply pruning and bondage....LST, super-cropping, Scrog...they are all part of a whole....try not to make Main-Lining a separate entity from all the other "canopy management" methods......i think folks have a tendency to over-think the process.....Main-Lining is simply pruning at the right spot, at the right time, and gently (LST) bonding the plant to the rim of the pot, and then ultimately (if done properly) to a canopy ring of some sort.....simple.

....i have seen too many really small plants that have had the process started on them.....try to resist starting so quickly....the plant will respond much faster and be much happier overall if it is left to develop substantial roots first.......the plant should have at least 6 true nodes of growth before the top is removed......so the "clone" node is usually the 3rd true node, and the "hub" node is the 4th.....that means the "cody" node along with #1, and #2 are removed below the keepers, along with anything above the 4th node....this usually means the plant is between 6 and 10 inches tall before the first pruning...for reference, the first pic is a Quart pot, and the second a 2 gal. pot.......have a dank day Nerds........nugs

Thanks for the quick response Nugs. I've had that very thought.
I've just spent 3 days reading this entire thread and noted with interest your various set-ups.
I did my first SS run last winter and was quite pleased with the results. Looking forward to this next level with MLing.

Just got one of the Qrazy Trains jarred up. Now that I have the method down this much I've double my best yield to date. I am one happy grower. :D

Oh believe me those shots are in the works. I'll probably have my photo session monday morning and go crazy. I think I might beat that yield from qt2 in a few days. I keep on focusing on Qt 2 and my Qt 4 plant still has to be chopped and her buds looked bigger then Qt2s. This should be a fun week.

Man i already know my next mainlining will be much better because of that very reason. I'd topped my babies at different times and those i topped the latest werent nearly as stressed. I first thought that topping early would send the info's right on and so make the main-lining quicker...it doesnt.
Learning everyday , gotta love TGA's genetics and how symetric they grow , i'm really impressed!
A-13bx is easier to work on than Kaboom (she's a little tougher but still closer to a train wreck type of fiber than she is to a Kush - A-13's butter though!) still a couple of weeks before i flip them, hoping to have something similar to your -amazing- Timewreck.

I finaly found most ingredents for the SS and will prepare one for my next grow - in the mean time advance nutes have been ban from my country , i still run with organic nute but as far as bud candy.

Would that be an option or wuold raw honey (real honey) be better?

Have a great sunday everyone!

Ps: I dont know if any of you guys dig the Joe Rogan Experience, if you dont you guys should check it out (for those who knows we need to team up to get Sub on his show!) :)

Dry those tails out and add to your soil. Chitin (protein) source for solid organic pest control. Sorry, I always think this when I see crustacean shells.
