Day 52 of 12/12

In the waiting mode, and watered today, it was a chore because I have the flu, did not even want to get out of bed. Have been just flushing them with 6.4 to 6.5 pH water with GH FloraKleen.

The leach-ate on Q2 is 6.35 pH and the ppm is 492. On Q2D the pH is 6.49 and the ppm is 380.
About 50% orange pistils, some cloudiness, only a couple of amber thricomes showing and lots of frost.

I took some pics of the new ladies, WW and Ice. Will not post pics yet as they are still under the T5.
I can't believe how tight the node spacing is. The WW has 5 to 6 nodes and is only about 2 inches tall. The Ice is about the same way.

I hope to harvest within the next two weeks.

Peace out,

GR

THATS HOW YOU DO IT BROTHER! :bigjoint:

hey, here is my mainlined critical sensi star at day 30 in prebaged TGA super soil and a 7gal smart pot under 2- 400w full spectrum led's let me know what ya think, this is my first super soil, mainline, and LED grow all in one:roll:View attachment 2936062View attachment 2936063View attachment 2936064View attachment 2936065View attachment 2936066
Looking just wonderful, now is the waiting game. I know you have grown before but I have learned when growing that Moderation and Diversity are very good practices and Patience when deciding to harvest, don't rush it.

Figured I would throw up a few pics of my mainlined beauties, tried it from clone this time and only one kept the mainline structure after the second topping most kinda did their own thing lol. Gonna try it this time from clone without having topped them before taking the clones. What I am growing now is Space Bomb by TGA and I got 2/5 females and both are keepers in my opinion, one has a lemon candy smell and a great structure and yield and is covered in resin, the other is not a great yielder, does not get great side branching or have a superb structure but the smoke is mind-splittingly powerful lol, not to mention it smells like you massacred skunks in my tent when they are about done, not the diesely skunk or cheesy skunk just straight up SKUNK.
Anyways now for the pics, got a lot on my drive so I'll try to be choosy bout which ones I show ya, so the first two pics were after I took clones and was getting them ready to go to flower for the first time for me with this strain, second set is right as flowering started and I was lollipopping like a mad man and then got lacks not knowing how much more they would grow, this time I went much harder. Next set of pics is them 3 weeks into flowering, not a lot going on yet. These next pics though is where the resin started to show. After those pics that round kinda peetered off cus of soil salinity issues (atleast what I think it was since I had a bad Mg def. and no amount of nutes could fix it) so I am not pushing them as hard this time and kinda letting them do their own thing letting me know what they need and it seems to be working better or atleast to me.... So here are some pics of what I have going now which are clones from these 2 plants. Like I said only one kept its "mainline" structure by the end of veg, about 3 weeks into bud now and the buds are really starting to fill in the canopy now.

Smoked some of the Mainlined MuMoBG:

Smoke report:

I partook in some MuMoBG last night. It has a Pineapple Cheese smell in the jar now. After grinding it is almost pure grape smell. The inhale is smooth with a taste of caramel and coffee. No noticeable numbing of the lips (only took two hits) but the paranoia came on along with a lost altered state feeling. The paranoia subsided quickly and the buzz removed all of my shoulder pain and gave me enough energy to give three giant main Mulanje colas a quick trim. Watched a live Christmas chorus show from a local university (Chapman) that just blew me away. Trimming buds, drinking GL18YO, listening to my wife sing along with the chorus - priceless. I am in the holiday spirit finally!

Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Should you reduce nutrient strength as a plant recovers from mainlining? I've done 8 plants with one cut (into 2 nodes), and 5 plants with two cuts (into 4 nodes). I've noticed what seems like nitrogen toxicity when the plants recover and begin to veg at a good pace. No symptoms of burn, just the droppy tips which look like a claw.

It almost seems like a mainlined plant should receive more P-K as it recovers? It seems to be able to handle the PPM of a full feeding. Just that the N is too high?

Anyone else noticed this?

Well, what occurred to me was both that over-watering can
cause the claw, and that a reduction of foliage will greatly reduce
the amount of water that a plant transpires and therefore how
much water a plant needs.

i.e. main-lining could make it easier to see an over-watering
caused claw effect.

Has anyone else seen this?

Good luck,

JD

Plushberry mainlined to 16. Not my first attempt, but the best so far.

DSCN1169.jpg

Just repotted and tied 'em back down. They started as clones and they have been a chore to keep even. I'm still not sure that they will grow even.

Nugs told me to transplant and trim at the same time. When you wait long enough to trim, the plant has a well established root system and rebounds fairly quickly. My first try I trimmed too soon and the plant took forever to recover.

My Mulanje girl went nutz when I stuck her in the compost pile:

Both over watering and/or to much N will cause the leaves to Claw. You might try reducing the strength of your nutes and definitely control the amt of H2) your giving the plants.
I have noticed it also with my WW and two Ice seedlings. I have them now in Hempy cups and have been using light nutes, like .125% and under. I only feed every third watering and I know I have not been over watering them. I will be transplanting them hopefully today if I can get off my ass and do so. Been trying my rapid dried Querkle and it works damn well.

Hey guys and gals.

I have some pics for you of my 8 head HSO OG KUSH and my 8 head HSO pineapple skunk.

OG KUSH

Pineapple skunk

My entire harvest from my 400w which includes my 7 day dried critical+ along with my freshly harvested plants from last night. Bright green is OG and PS, darker green/brown is critical that's almost ready for jars.

It could be over watering. I know they don't transpire as much due to fewer leaves. But, the leaves are deep, dark green too. (The photo below is more yellow'ish than reality.).

This is only my second grow and I'm done cutting. My next grow I'll experiment withholding water and mixing P-K for post-prune watering.

I'm really pleased with the results so far. These are indica and indica-dominant. 4 weeks and 4 days into veg. The 2-cut (4 node) plants are in front. They're just starting to resume fast-paced veg. Another 7-14 days and I change lights to 12/12.
