what you into yorself dude, surely there has to be something (apart from growing weed) that your passionate about..

I was in construction before the big bust and now I get by doing a bit of painting and other bits and bobs.
It's either a feast or a famine with work, could have 6 weeks work ahead of me or waiting 6 weeks for a days work.

had pulled most veg with exeption of a few scallions, haven`t touched the spuds per say, took three plants up a couple of weeks ago but they were a little small, nice size spud but they needed that bit longer, the rest of the plot has been turned into a pumpin patch, then come halloween i`ll dig the whle lot up and rotovate in some dark muck...


you doing anuthing with yours this year or you got it planned yet? i am doing it this way as i didn`t really have a clue thi year, just cutting my teeth as they say...

Pumpkins are nice, especially grown yourself. Can't they get huge if you feed them loads? I know some lad around my way sells huge pumpkins every year that he grew himself. I don't have much of a clue either, my plot is a bit too big but I'm pushing ahead with some overwintering veg and some stuff that will finish before the cold sets in, should have a small (2x4m) polytunnel going in next week so that will be nice for those cold rainy days you don't want to be getting wet.

would you believe your not allowed erect tunnels where i am, only the green meshy stuff, i was goin to do winter veg but to be honest between one thing and the other i never got round to sorting anything and now i won`t have the time...

pumpins are going to be given out to the kids round here for halloween, no matter what size they get up to the kids will be made up...

Well I'm finding it very impressive. Definitely the smoothest phone I've ever touched. The screen is phenomenal thanks to that ppi of 462! Also HTC really sorted out their infamy when it came to battery life. I've yet to experience any kind of stutter. And multitasking is not only satisfying but insanely fast. A few gripes. Like the volume buttons and on button are almost flush. Which is great to look at (this phone really is the best looking of them all) but not so great in practice. Definitely takes some getting used to. Overall experience is awesome. Even BlinkFeed is more useful than I originally thought.

Whitey is well known here, when he was on the run he would be mentioned on the news occassionally because it was thought at that time that he might be here.
I think Whitey is the winner here, he's 83 now and got to live the vast majority of his life not in prison, he had a cosy arrangement with the FBI and did what he liked without fear of being arrested.
His brother the politician IMO helped him while he was on the run, only in America Jenksie

Hello folks. Hope all is well with everyone. Chopped my Critical Jack down last night. Visit from landlord was sometime next week so chopped her down to get a good dry. Took her down at 7 weeks into flower. Could have gone an extra 2 weeks but had a look at the roots and they looked pretty bad with root rot. Took me about 11 hours to chop and trim her down. Id say il prob end up with 3oz. There are a few average sized buds and about an oz of popcorn bud. I have a trim box aswell which im going to try to turn into bubble hash

got the weekend off, and i`m a bit miffed.. boss fucked off for half day and left a list of stuff to do, so the guys and i cracked into it and got it all done by 5 on the dot loaded the trucks and teleporter onto the artic and low and behold he only rings and says anything thats not done today can be finished in the morning...

as homer simpson would say DDOOOHHHHH!!!! could hae got some easy hours at double time... hahahahaha...


fuck it can chill with the kids and prob get to the allotments tomorrow and get some of our spuds, may post some pics of my pumpkins, there getting big now..

Good going Jasper, at least you got a harvest from it with all the worrying and whatnot. Are you running any bennies in your farm? It's well worth your while if you're not, a cheap insurance policy if you will. Hopefully the next grow will be less stressful for you.

Bosses are cute hoors, he wouldn't say that too early in case ye all dropped into 2nd gear and left a bit for Saturday.

I got my polytunnel up and plants are in or at least what's left of them, lost 5 plants this week, 1 to leaf spot and 4 to goats, they ate my red posion autos and my 2 wild thailand and were nibbling on my others when I spotted them today, they managed to get through the wire although I don't know how.
Only 1 plant couldn't be moved cos she's rooted into the ground.
Growing outdoor has definitely been a huge eye opener for me and not sure I'd bother again.

good job on the tunnel, how do you think it`ll fair out in the wild?? also do you think the tunnel will halt the leaf spot, how is that spread anyways fred?? hope it works out tho i can only imagine how disheartening it is to put in the time only for that shit to get them..

I'm sick over the goats, that's 8 they got on me in total but sure if I was living elsewhere in the country it would be deer or rabbits I'd have to worry about.
The tunnel is in a spot that is more shaded than where they were, I cut back the bushes and smaller trees a bit to let in a bit more light, the plants have the leaf spot and there's no cure but keeping them dry will stop it spreading too quickly, it wiped out my white widow in no time and from what I've read on icmag everyone with widows said they were the most susceptible.
The plants if I can keep them alive won't finsih until late October so the tunnel will help keep em dry if the month is wet.
I'm close to walking away from them all now and 3 fungicides ordered so after that if it doesn't help I'm gonna leave them to nature.

i hear the weather is meant to pick up in the next weeks and be hot again so you might be in luck...


i noticed tonight that my timer is on 11 hours on and 13 off, might explain a few things like the mad stretch and auto traits i`ve been seeing, they have been like that from the get go and i never checked them, also there segment timers so i can be forgiven in a stoner kinda way hahahaha...

I heard the weather will apparently get good again around the end of the month but God knows what October will be like.

Those segment timers are easy to get wrong, Ive done it myself with them several times.

no choice now but to leave it as is until the mature plants finish (3ish weeks) which is not to far off really so it shouldn`t bother the saplings...

trimming up an og kush and i have a little miracle here, well a genetic freak either i could say, at the base of the bud theres a seed pod, this is normally empty in a fem mature plant but in this case theres a viable seed in each one, not the lower buds but the tops where there fully formed, theres no seeds in the buds just in the mentioned pod, and i know it has to do with plants that haven`t been pollinated wanting to contine there genes almost like a clone in seed form as i have read, trouble /blessing tho is they have that trait in the seed.. if it means single seeding as these are than i have no trouble growing them...
