I wouldnt go attemping to use a hermi that exhibited both sexs so early in flowering. Maybe if she threw em later in flowering like the last week or so but nah man propper ball ache. If she's hermi this early no point trying to pinch off the sacks you'll have a ton soon

Man, shes not flowering atall atall lol. Still on 18/6. I have seen it late in flowering on mates grows but never this early. It may just be to ultra-shit genitics. I dont think I will waste my time with unknown breeders anymore, like 6 weeks just to fuck her out. Not cool.

Id take a pic but my phone cam is muck and its very small, just sitting on the 6th or 7th node. I have 2 female pre-flowers showing on the node below it.

Hi guys, it's been a while since I last posted on here, at the moment I am growing 2 auto ak plants both of which are 8 weeks old tomorrow, they are both budding well under 1 250w 2700 cfl with 2 35w daylight cfl bulbs, I have a few pics to show and I am wondering would they be ready yet? The tops look finished but as always with my other grows the smaller branches at the bottom don't look near ready yet. I have finished the nutes as well, just plain water at the moment and I already flushed as well. By the way here's something that I have been doing the past few grows: at around the 3rd week of flowering I'm lying the pot flat on it's side and tying down the top so as it doesn't curl around and all of the branches start growing upwards towards the bulb, it works very well in spaces where height is a problem and it makes a great alternative to lst'ing. anyhow here is a few pictures. Do you think that they are ready for harvest yet? Any reply would be great, cheers guys. Not ready yet, you could harvest the tops and leave the rest.
Cheers mate, I think that I'll leave it so for another week or 2 until it's properly ready because I don't think that I ever harvested a plant fully, I have another one started this week, 7 days old today, I'm trying to get a rotation going but I reckon that I'm 4 weeks behind with that.

Why Autos? With CFL there is not much penetration so the lower buds will not come to much, normally the lower fluff would be removed. Not sure should that be done with Autos tho.

You actually have less height control with the auto. Its all about how long you veg.
O right so with regular seeds I can switch to 12/12 whenever I want?

another reason why I use autos is the room that I am growing in is too cold at present with the lights off it goes down to below 53 deg f so a 12 hour lights off schedule is not a good option because I read that below 55 deg f is not good and slows the plant down so with autos I can get a 20 on 4 off routine going so at least they wont suffer for too long with the lights off.

Another thing that I have been doing the past 3 grows is tilting the pot flat when the plant reaches a certain height and just tying down the top so as it stays straight and the side branches grow up towards the light. It seems to work well for me it's like an easier way to lst, I don't like the idea of tying down all the branches like some people do when they have no height like they do in pc grows.

I want to try regular seeds when the outside temp gets warmer in the summer, the room will be more warmer then.

Cheers for the replies
