so hows all at riu today, sitting here sober for first time in a long time, had to buy tyres this week and the ould insurance so smoke money is thin on the ground, and on top of that theres no brown around only expensive weed, god damn it................

dunno will i last off the smoke or not but sure i`ll give it a go, see if i can stay off it for 2 weeks, they say cannabis isn`t physically addictive .... it is mentally thats for sure...

The girl the cat snapped in half was hung in the shed, so stuck it in a tub the other day to dry and being only like a foot of plant it dried quickly, well quick enough that an hour ago i took some of the fine broken leaves to see what it smokes like. And its not to bad, even a little stoned and was only few weeks into flower.

whats the "youngest" plant you`ve heard of to have a little buzz out of it? there was only some trichs forming on the bud leaves and they were clear etc so taught there`d be very little stone wise out of it, flowers were maybe an inch tall...

so i`ve vegged my girls for 6 weeks there now week 6 of flower with some trichs, question is how long more of 12/12 will it take for the pistols to start turning brown etc, reason is i have to go away for work in maybe two three weeks and i`ll be gone for at least two weeks possibly 20 days,

do you think they turn in the next week or so?

If you could give them 2 weeks you could get something, 3 weeks would probably nail most indica-ish strains right on the head nicely.

harrekin, i just got the final word this morning were leaveing in ten days be gone two weeks so i have 9 days left growing as the plants are away from the house and have to travel to them etc, watered them this morning and on my best girl the tip and some of the bottom pistils have just that hint of rust in them so fingers crossed they`ll turn quickly, the reast still white tho.

How many weeks till you can get back to them? I'd almost harves them over-ripe than under ripe if I was you,so if you can leave them to the nature till then I'd consider that. They indoor or outdoor?

indoor, and thing is theres nobody to water or switch the lights on and off etc, thing with work is its offshore so could be home early or could be on an extra week!!!! so total days away could be anywhere from 10 to 21 max, i`d hate to chop them after waiting this long, and can`t get anyone in to care for them i`d rather keep it quiet.

Dude, actually join in the thread or stop spamming your links everywhere, seriously, its really annoying.

Ae86, can you get a plastic bin, a water pump, some tubing and a timer? You could probably rig it up to water them every day or so, even just a little to keep them alive till you get back.

ae86 i had to chop my last plant 3 weeks early the high so different from the first plant an didn't last dat long so if it was me id try do wat harrekin said or gt a trusted friend r family member dat could look after it, after waitin dis long u want the best smoke you can get.

wouldnt jeopardize future grows just for sake of one by telling a friend,family member, maybe set up some wicks and buckets or see if your nearest grow shop have any automated watering kits, pretty sure argos do them too

Now thats why you join forums like this, never would have even taught of it,have some ideas based on what your saying here lads, got some hose and water tank, can get my hands on an aquarium pump so i`ll do quick time test to see how long to set timers for tomorrow, reckon it`ll work?

Yeah after waiting this long i`d like to finish it properly, the grow room is in a nice secure place that only i can really get too so thats the big deal there otherwise it be easy to sort out and i wouldn`t have this bother......

the thing with work tho is i could be home in a few days you never know with the job like, we can be called off the day after we get there......has happened before..

thanks for the ideas lads , saved me on this....
