From what I read it should increase trich production and force her to start using up sugar/starch reserves in her leaves before harvest
I do not agree with this method. They need lots of nutrient for big frosty flowers.
Do not starve a plant when they most need it.
Look at pics below.... still green fan leaves.

She has plenty of nutrients, in her reserves. This way she should use em up rather than them breaking down during drying and curing.
Because she cant take up water she 'should' use this energy to try protect herself from drying out by producing more trichs.

never seen one episode of it.. hear theres a shit ton of banging in it tho and loads of naked women, but that wouldnt be my cup of tea.. i need an explosion or someone killed every few mins to hold my attenttion hahahaha...

been really into my reto tele these days watching worzel gummidge with the kids and old cartoons and hitting heroes and sopranos etc myself even been watching the clasic movies casino, godfather, heat etc slipped into ww2 today got to watch an hour of where eagles dare, savage movie when you can sit and watch it with a smoke...

hows all the easter egg hunters today... mine are smashed pardon the pun.. busy day, loads of eggs, not a single one for me...

so off to get seeds the weekend coming as compensation.. be getting my cheese and maybe something festive for christmas..

love them cali strains but there going a bit mental with there hybrids i feel... lots of hermi and self pollination etc but when there good there really good i guess..

not that the breeder really a factor for me, the plant stats are my thing if there about where i need them to be i give them a go...

that said, phillips bulb in the lamp, not pleased with it at all, 600w but meh not feeling it... had a cheap ass one for ages cant remember the brand.. best bulb ever... should have got 3 but at the time i tought its only a temp till i get a good one in the grow shop..

recommendations...??? swithing back to the dimmable ballast aswell, going fire in a mh for a veg period.. meant to fire up at 18/6 today but the egg hunt went on forever...

Bulbs are strange.
What i have noticed is some like to be matched with the ballast. Cheap ballast cheap bulb.
Lumantec ballast would flicker with cheap bulbs so i now use only thier 600W dual spec.
They last forever and run them at any volage no probs.
Dont bother with MH as dual specs are very good now.
Grolux was great for the cheap ballast.
