I have an 8" soler and palau with insulated and im gonna put it under the false floor. theres about 2 foot of space to play with though i accept that im still gonna hear the buzz from the motor.

ill trow up a pic of my flowering girls in a few days for ya,had to borrow a cam for that one,could only get a quick snap without the wife knowing....lol

Depends obhis yank fans won work over here lol I use a manrose she's a mixed flow n allot quieter than the rest but if ur in the same room you'll definitely hear it

What's lights are u running, is ur hood cooled and what are ur fan specs? Fan looks sweet 8' sounds overkill for a cab but sure fuck it fan speed controller

Thanks for the feedback. I suppose what i should have asked is can i use the soler and palau fan for extraction without needing another fan for intake?. If i make my grow cabinet airtight will the extraction fan have the effect of pulling air in?. I also have a box fan but she's not too quiet. this is the soler and palau that i have (200mm, 8inch)

thats an expensive fan dude,ya buy a whole grow kit for that...haha.

no ya wont need a intake fan,just put a bit of ductin were ya would put the intake it will pull the air in itself,i have never used a intake fan !

It's a 400w hps in a cooltube so high temperatures shouldn't be an issue. I also have a 4cfl light. I think cold might be my problem. Im not sure if i should vent air into the cab from the room or directly from outside.
