The Grow II (Shining Silver Haze) W/LED Illuminator- Soil to Dwc Grow

Just wanna chime in as there isn't much out there on this strain.

Running 5 strains in a scrog and the Shining Sliver Haze, along with Seedsman Skunk/Haze, are the clear winners. I may give the edge to SSH because it finishes earlier.

Here is my SSH at 5weeks 12/12 under 400W + 250W HPS, 2x4 closet scrog, Ebb/flow in containers, Botanicare Power Flower & GH Koolbloom liquid

Nice Dude!!! +rep on pushing the SSH. It's good to see what they should have actually done as opposed to what I'm experiencing. My next push will be much faster than this one. I bought a new camera will post pics after watching a few Laker games I missed this week...

Hey folks,

Last week I snipped a bud off of the little plant. since she had more cloudy trics than the big one. While I was away I let it dry for 3 days, then my wife place the buds in a hermetic container for curing. I only took about a gram and the high felt so extra nice simply because it didn't cost me 15 €! It has a energetic high. So I'm really gonna like the finished cured product. New camera so new pics...

the bud I snipped for my next joint wet weight of this ensemble = 11.7g. I figure I'll get a wet weight of about 40-60 grams. Not sure in dry weight.



But that means the big one is gonna yield nicely. And that's not bad (40-60 G) considering how damaged she was.

The high was energetic probably because you cut the bud early. When the tricombs are still clear - milky the high will feel sativa no matter what. Thats my experience at least.

I caved and snipped a sample. At this stage I am very pleased! Another plus for SSH is that it seems to be resilient. Some of my plants suffered because of my nute screw-ups but the SSH held strong.

I prefer Sativas but this strain is a good compromise with it's "non-dominant indica" cross.

Just a couple more weeks to go!!

I appreciate the support dude. This strain is an interesting one!! Even now she's growing and growing but the trics are just multiplying not changing color Not complaining but this is funny as hell. This is going to turn into 6 month push because I started in Early to Mid August!!!

The LSD is next up and she'll be going it alone (1 plant). I 've notice that for a proper scrog 1 SQ Meter is what a plant should use in a really good grow. Less than that for anything less than "really good".

I'll probably changes nutes. Maybe DM or DG not sure yet. Probably DM since it's more accessible.

Ok,

so I've come to the point where i like the tric color on the small plant, so i decided to harvest her this weekend. This is what she looks like. Now don't forget to consider the before after and now shots!!!

Interestingly on this pic you really only see Her! She is more than 50% of the plant matter seen, the other is dwarfed by her literally!

So from there I reanimate her, she doesn't put on any more height and all vegetation is in mini size! But she starts yo re-foliate right back into flowering so I decided to let her go on. She even started showing trics before the other girl. So now this is what her final look was the day before harvest day. Tiny but powerful and resinous!!
In comparison to her LITTLE sister!! I guess i was kinda lucky since I would not have had enough room for both!!


This is a piece I air dried on top of my radiator, and cured in airtight container over night to regain a bit of the moisture. Rolled into this joint. And enjoyed not having to pay and risk the police stopping me for shit grass!! FINITO!!!!


so far i've collected 4.1g the first time and 10.3g (wet weight) the second time i sipped a bit. The dri weight for the 14.1 was 1.2 and the 10.3 came to 4.1g (Dry weight) so I'm estimating about 15-20G dry from the dwarfed girl. Not bad considering i was considering stopping her! Glad i didn't!!
So this is the rest of her doing the initial dry session in. I'll hang them today then cure properly. Hopefully I quick dried enough to last me long enough to let this properly cure...


We're almost at the end of this grow. And I want to take the time to thank all of you who have helped me and supported me to getting to this point. I really sincerely appreciate all of the support and professionalism everyone has had on my thread!!

So that little runt that didn't seem to be doing much of anything, or actually I just couldn't take paying 15€ about 18$ per gram anymore!!! For.... pfft I won't even explain the grass here! It's laced with Sugar or something else that makes it feel sticky but tastes horrible I mean literally tastes horrible. Yeah that's right I have to literally TASTE the bud i buy in this place... So for 60€ hopefully 3.5- 3.8 without stems and sticks = about 4 joints European or 8 Joints / 5 Blunts back home. (If my cousin rolls it) Since I only smoke "Pure...", unlike most (not all) here in Europe where a joint 9 times out of 10 is mixed with tobacco, my figures will probably differ with those others that reside in Europe.

plus i was just anxious to smoke some of my own ! I'm sure everyone has been there at least once!

I bet all of you thought i just disappeared! Well........ NOPE!!!!!!!! I'M STILL FLOWERING!!!
So heres the deal started germination in Early AUG. Bought the girls out of vegetation onto 12/12 on Oct. 5th!!!! abandoned flowering on the really messed up plant about a month ago. Since here growth was just to minimal for me to continue giving nutes. Now the big girl you see here:

is actually being flushed this week. I stopped her because this is supposed to be a 8-9 week flowering period and so far I've done six "fucking" teen!! yep 16!! So I'm pulling the plug counting the losses and finishing my grow room so that i can start my next push which will hopefully be LSD or Vanilla Kush. I'll let my girl decide, even though she doesn't smoke. (too cool eh!)
Ohh and the trics

are clear to cloudy. unfortunately I'm not sure they will all make it to cloudy!!! Maybe during this flush week they will mature. ?!?!?! On the smoke side the high is a creeper. It really catches you from the back and just takes you out if your tired. But when i smoke and I wasn't tired I just felt energized. So kinda cool observation.

On this particular bud batch

wet weight measured about 26g. Dry weight measured about 12-15 inaccuracy due to inability NOT to smoke before weigh in . My first batch is curing in it's Mason jar. And in 3 days I'll harvest the rest of this.

So I think I held on pretty fucking long. I think the wait paid off since she surely wasn't ready back in DEC when i was about to chop the shit out of her. That was due to my frustration with buying CRAP grass for 15€ per gram!!!! NOW I can say to the fucking crooks!! You know they sometimes put sugar in the sac dudes?? Fucking SUGAR!

So during this push I learned alot, gained a shit load of experience! Halfway transformed my attic into a grow room midway through; I'll finish after harvest and properly prepare for the next grow. I decided to grow again with Adv. Nutes. since the size (girth) of my buds are pretty respectable. I kinda know what to expect now. And it's not that much more expensive than the other brands here where I am.

Well thats about it.... I'l be doing weigh in after harvest. i'll let you guys now how i came out... Further down the road after some proper curing i'll still chime in some smoke reports....

I chopped about a third of her off, dried and started curing.


The same day I chop a part I manicure then dry, that total process takes about 2.5 hours depending on the size of the bud/s. The drying process I use is clearly really quick. AND it allows me to use a very small space for drying, then getting the manicured "dried" buds into mason jars.

(They are only half full so that they there remains some air circulation. If I fill it too much they will just compress and probably cause fungus.) I'll guess this is a very conservative 30g but no more the 40g I'd guess. Since this is for personal consummation, I took as much off of any branch I saw. I will weigh it all when it's nice a dry in a few days...

Once I get them in the mason jars manipulation is easy for me or for my girl, all we have to do is open the jars for a few hours (burp them) and turn the product to put the moist bottom on top, and try to loosen up some of the stuck together buds..

Now that a third of the plant is gone (maybe a bit more than a third), I'm throwing the rest back into flowering with Nutes and all. See there are still a bunch of buds on plant. And these aren't actually mature yet. Even though it's been an eternity. So my girls suggested i let them continue for the next month or until they are "mature/ready". I agreed. So last night I started back on 1/3 strength nutes. Today I'll up the PPM to 2/3, then water fill day. From there I'll have to play it by ear, it'll all depend on how she takes to going back on a nute diet. She should be hungry

How's life after harvest?? . yeah so for I've gotten 70grams dried. I just cut the majority this morning I'm gonna let the small buds go for another 3-5 days. I'm positive ill have another 100Grams minimum. Bringing this to a over 200G grow with 1 plant! I'm fuckin stoked dude. That wait paid off. and if the 70 grams is an indication of potency then this will rock. I harvested in three batches so far today being the third and one final to come. The first batch even though dried doesnt have the twangy mary jane smell. that was 35G the other was harvested a week later 32g and it's wreakin . This batch includes my main and secondary shoot so these should just blow me away especially since they went on for another 1.5 weeks. Ahhhhhhh Life is Good!!!!
