Im in queens I have one six foot four and one 7 foot and one 5 footer the six footer is doing great nice buds a nice sativa the other two not so much small buds very thin but hey these are my first so Im happy planted in april outdoor seems to take alo
ng time should be finished in 2 more weeks yeeeeea boyee!!!!!!
 
:eyesmoke:it is good to know there are more NY growers in here... too bad our season isnt just a little longer. I have a dozen girls and I wanna keep them out another month. I think its conna get cold here early.:eyesmoke:
 
Just gotta keep an eye on your plants and the weather....Ny sucks for growing EVERYTHING.....All my tomato plants died cause of this fucking blight...Thank god it isn't affecting my urb!!
 
it hasnt been too cold in my parts... lower 50's at night. Sometimes it gets to the upper 40's but I think I have time.... al I need is the first week of Oct:) Anyone else seeing alotta helicopters lately :blsmoke:
 
Ughhh i hate the sound of copters even when i'm no where near my site....Chopters and plans....Gives me the chills now....I wish i had some RPG's...haha.....

Heres a pic of something i picked 3 days ago dried to 1.8 grams the smallest bud i could find on any of my plants....:fire:

Man you guys are getting raped on prices!!! Must have the wrong friends then cause in my part of NY (which i know im not alone around here, ive seen RIU members from my area)... Prices are way lower!

Fucking blight killed my tomatoes this year too, had some nice tomatoes before it hit though!!

Babies are coming along nice now, hope the weather stays cooperating and the copters stay away!! :-)

so if its illegal to grow in ny where do ny'ers get seeds? is there a seed bank that discretely ships to N.Y? or is it all about getting lucky and finding a beaner in some good smoke? just curious to know as i am also in N.Y(everything i say is false and said as a hypathetical situation)lol.

ny is pretty much like rest of country, you take a small chance when ordering seeds
i've done 4 orders this year in ny, all came through with no problems
 
hi everyone, new to the board and new to growing. i also live in upstate NY.

ive currently got an indica and sativa both about 3-4 weeks into flowering both are looking good to me :blsmoke: ill prolly get a couple pics up sometime. both were started a lil late in late may/early june, and they were both seeds i saved up from good baggies.

i also keep getting the chills from copters lol, behind my house is a big power line and all summer they have been checking it and working on it right behind my house! all i can say is thank god i live in the country and my babies are close to trees lol.
 
hear ya man...my tomatoes got it this year too.... my girls are doing great though...heres some pics... let me know what you all think... im about 7 weeks into flowering. I have 6 white widow and 3 that Im not sure of but they have very purple pistols :) yummy

WHAT UP NEW YORK. Haha NY had a horrible growing season. It rained 24 days in June. That really slowed everything WAY down. There was lots of tomato blight across the state. May and June were completely cloudy and rainy. The rain brought a shit load of slugs. Slugs were killing me at first but then I got sluggo. Sluggo works wonders, never another slug on my plants, and its ORGANIC! I guess August had some pretty days. I hope we are blessed with a good season next year.
 
Lol Well i just got lucky but i would be interested on how everyone else gets it in NY also. I was thinking on getting some online when i turn 18 but was not so sure about that.
 
I'm to sketched out to order seeds online. I get clones or keep seeds from really good bud that I come across. Although IDK about anyone else but its even hard to find anything good around here.:cuss: thank god its almost harvest.
I see copters and planes over my house all the time, people get busted around here left & right. I don't worry though, around here, its all about who you know & my babies are well hidden on my property..

Well lets lift up the local CNY growers with some pics of each others grow....I went to my 5 diffrent patches today...Looking great!!! I will throw some pics up tommorow of my easyist 2 to get 2.....Weather has been pretty good for this time of year....Trich production is up alot in the past week....I have noticed alot of slugs...Not even gonna fuck with anything seeing that i plan on chopping in 3-4 weeks....Just got some stuff in the mail today free sample of some shit i found on RIU....Grape something not sure of the name but it is supposed to make the buds smell and taste better.....After 2-3 weeks of this and the last of my FF tiger bloom (just feed 3 cap fulls today wayyy over what your supposed to feed) i'm gonna flush for 1-2 weeks depending on frost....I hope now to push them to 1-2 week of oct.....I wish you all luck in the armpit of NY and i will post pics tommorow you all should also.....
 
sometimes the copters are around for other reasons like medical/army/checking power lines etc etc etc.... There not all bad, unless there right above your crop your good to go anyhow!

I live directly in the path of two army bases and they fly over non stop day in and day out and never bother my girls.. :joint:
