the cops show up 3 weeks before harvest

He started with the insults monkey.. F this site for all I care and you and the idiots on here. No cop kicks in a door without a warrant!!! He said they did.. That is an idiot whether you like it or not.. Go smoke some of your dirt weed! Oh and they can't get one from just suspicion.. Only a fool would say such stupid shit.. fuck you and yes I am done with this site full of idiots and administrators that are losers with nothing to do but moniter a site about pot.. How funny... Go look up the statutes on probable cause and warrantless searches and when you find where it says a cop can go around warrantless and kick in doors then you come back and kiss my ass.. Stupid people wow!!! I think maybe pot should be illegal considering the dumbass comments by all those that smoke it 24/7... Hope you all never contaminate the rest of the world with children.. Just more burdens on our lost culture.. Public schools really are worthless...:finger::-P:finger::-o:finger::idea::idea::idea::finger:
im thinking pot should be illegal if your an example of a pot smoker or are you just trolling again!i bet your friends are out alot,do they possibly make excuses to go when you turn up,as for the administrators doing their job,at least they are doing something productive with their time, have a word before its too late,oh!too late, fool

False, the police can kick your door down if they even think you are growing.... Cops even lie and say they smelled drugs from outside and get a warrant to kick your door down. these are basic facts. and it happens all the time.
Hell yeah. They like to do that shit. They use to follow us around and if we did anything wrong they would pull us over and search the car and everyone. Even if they had no reason, no smell, nothing visable. They never even saw me before and they searched me with no reason. The made me break my pipe and my friend had to crush some pills. They said that since we were in the car with people who have had problems before they could do that.
My parents moved and I was stayin in the house until I could move with them. I was on my way back from the pool with my friend and these two cops came around the corner with their guns pulled and yelled at us to get down on the ground. They even went in and searched the house. No warrent, no permission.
That same cop pulled us over once and thought he saw some weed crumbles on my lap so he searched the entire car and everything but never found anything. He was so pissed and he told me that if he ever saw me around it again he would take me to jail even if it wasnt mine. Days later my friend came over and he was smokin but I wasnt cuz I told my mom I wouldnt get into trouble since I just got out of jail and we were tryin to move. That ass came up to the car we were in and he took me to jail.
Cops don't care if they have to have a warrant. They do what they want.

yeah, you're probably thinking that even if they did and tried to charge you with something it wouldn't hold up in court because they did it wrong. Thats not the case. Its their word against yours.

anyone who thinks the cops never break the rules to make a drug bust regardless how small is sorely mistaken and most likely delusional. i've seen shady cops, i've known shady cops and yes cops do and will break the rules/law to do whatever they want. i've never been busted by a cop for more than a speeding ticket but i can tell you this little story...

i worked for the state highway dept. years ago and while driving to work one day a cop pulled me over. the reason? my car was a little bouncy because of worn out shocks/suspension. now admittedly the car was a little bouncy but was within the lines of the lane the entire time. guess what? he tells me to step out as a couple cigarette burns i had on the front seat made him feel he had the right to search the car. now i had to be at work and i knew i could have refused him since he ASKED if he could search the car but since he mentioned the burns i knew he was gonna claim probable cause anyway even though i knew it was bullshit. i dont toke in my car, i dont carry in my car, NOTHING ILLEGAL EVER HAPPENS IN MY CAR. but i let him search my car so i could get to work on time but basically i was treated like a suspect with a debatable legitimate excuse to pull me over in the first place. he even called for back up and everything. turns out later he WAS looking for drugs as other state highway dept employees catch wind of what the cops do on the highways we work on. so not only was i correct in my first impression of the situation i had it confirmed by other state highway employees who were in a position to know. the highway i was on and the stretch i was one had lots of cops looking for drugs as there is a lot of drug traffic flowing through.

read this very slowly and chant it like a mantra...

COPS ARE AS CROOKED AS A CANYON ROAD. the worst thing you can do is underestimate your opponent and how far they're willing to go to get one over you. you'd lie steal and cheat to get one over on the cops if you thought you could get away with it, what makes you think they wouldnt or wont do the same to you baffles me.

so i had a large blueberry crankin in my growtent ... 3 weeks before harvest cops have shown up... the roommate saw them but didnt answer the door luckily.. so i had to pull.. in a panic i trimmed wet bud and put in airtight container with desicants in with it.. ive shut down grow too.. but what do peeps think about harvesting in slealth.. i know the po will be back.. so the house is clean n its not stashed at the house .. so its not very accessible most of the time..
Man I had Cops show up at my door last year about a 911 hangup and said they had to come in and make sure everyone was ok, I'm thinking OMFG talk about cotton mouth I had it. anyways they came in and checked the living room, kitchen , and bed room but never opened the door to my grow room " thank God " come to fine out it was the wrong address but it scaired the crap out of me.. I think the only thing that saved my ass was the charcoal air filters I use and a remote switch in the living room that kills the blowers.. Next time I will just not open the door and hide like a little bitch .

i don't have a dog in this fight but, the Patriot Act destroyed "probable cause", simple as that.

They don't kick in doors without warrants!!! Why does no one get that!? If they come to your house for a hang up 911 they still don't get the right to come into your home.. Read the rules governing search.. If you say they can then they can only way honey.. As for the Partiot act, hahahaha! Go read it. For the other guys dude. It is for terroists not for pot growers and where would they get any info on your grow or on your plot to over throw the government if you had not had one.. If they use the Patriot Act, ROFL, sorry, to kick in your door with no warrant they have to go to court and show cause still... Even if you two guys are unable to read or think we still have privacy laws on the books and a constitution and all you would need is a lawyer... Uh your honor, we suspected the house was full of nuclear weapons but since we are narcotics cops we decided to circumvent the law and try and use the patriot act to break into the house.. We found pot so we are ok right your honor?? ROFLROFLROFL.... Not one conviction ever for a cop kicking in a door without a warrant even if they lied and said they smelled weed.. They still would have to obtain a warrant.. I think most of the idiots that think different just smoked crack and a joint and then opened the door and blew it in he cops face then said oh and slammed the door.. Then they can kick it in without a warrant.. Smelling pot is not a kick in a door without a warrant offense.. Now go get a life and a clue and go to google and search for probable cause.. If you are in a car IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS SUBJECT IDIOT. Remember this mostly is for the other monkeys on here.. They try and say that they in their car when a cop lied and said he smelled weed is anything like kicking in a door on a persons house.. ITS NOT THE SAME THING SO TRY AND FIND A GOOD ANOLOGY NEXT TIME.. Oh sorry a big word u most likely don't comprehend... Repeat after me, I AM SOFA KING WE TODD ED.....
BULLSHIT !!! 911 hang up in Alaska "They WILL come in your HOUSE" ! 100%

Question: Last week, our son accidentally dialed 911. When troopers arrived, they came into our house to check it out even though we told them things were fine and that we’d rather they not come in. Can they do that without a warrant?

— John

Answer: John, thanks for taking the time to write.

Yes, the police can come into your house without a warrant if a 911 call has been received.

The courts have ruled that 911 is an emergency-only number and when dialed, responding officers or troopers have a duty to respond to the emergency, or to ensure that no emergency exists. That duty includes entering a house to make sure things are OK.

I have trouble believing you just called Fdd a coward.
Brass ones you have.
Law Enforcement abuse happens on a daily basis through out this country - if you don't believe that you must live under a rock.
I've got a great idea there Johnnie Cochran - how about you go and defend these fine upstanding folks. They obviously have had their civil rights trampled on.

The Floyd County Police Department arrested eight people Wednesday night on 14 felony and 12 misdemeanor charges after responding to a 911 hang-up call at 3184 Rockmart Highway, lot 17, and smelling marijuana at the residence, reports stated.

According to police and Floyd County Jail records, the following people were arrested on drug charges at the location:

Ashleigh Renee Bozeman, 19, of 3184 Rockmart Highway, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug related objects.

Brandy Nicole Sours, 26, of 3184 Rockmart Highway, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce and transactions in drug related objects.

Michelle Almia Cantu, 37, of 1401 Calhoun Ave., was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Joe Manuel Carrasco, 28, of 202 N. Broad St. in Cedartown, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Justin Lee Huston, 23, of 10 Lovell St., Apt. 8, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Jessica Linzi-Cathrym Lambert, 18, of 416 Old Dalton Road, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug related objects.

Elmer Leonel Perez, 31, of 7 E. Glover St., was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce.

Franklin Courtney Sapp, 25, of 40 Preacher Smith Road in Silver Creek, was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana less than one ounce and possession of drug related objects. He is also facing a probation hold.

Police entered the residence with a search warrant after smelling drugs and found meth divided into plastic bags, marijuana and glass smoking pipes.

Bail for Bozeman, Cantu, Carrasco, Huston, Perez and Sours was set at $30,150 each. Lambert’s bail was set at $10,950, and Sapp remains in jail without bail because of a probation violation.

i understand where both sideare coming from on this but budmaster, unfortuantley, your wrong, civil rights are abused in this country every day, you remind me of my friend who thinks just because thats the law thats the way it is, if that was the case bro, we'd live in a perfect world. the cops dont need anythig but there badge to come into your home and rip your shit apart, theyve done it to me before, no cause, no one ''told'' on me, no smell, cops will do whatever the fuck they want to get whatever the fuck they want then manipulate the facts to make it legal, whos the judge gona beleive, some pot growing hippy, or a police officer of HIS fine city....COMMON SENSE DAAAWG

ps. your also verry disrespectful, you might get treated better and even more understood if you werent being such a plain dick ....
