never seen there prices so contacted them, very good prices. they offer meanwell drivers too.

The eight bar configurations from other company's Ive seen cover way better. Plus if you look at Shenzen blaze tech, they have models ranging from 2.6 Umols on up to 3.1 .With over 600 Umol in the corners.

Fragile: on your placement issue: id rather think this issue as driver grouping, you should have edges and corners on separate drivers from the centre boards, with some extra power in edges and corners so you get even spread. Dim until you see even loght levels, then you can simply control more or less light by raising and lowering.
You shouldnt wire different chips in parallel, the load will get unbalanced.

Edit oopsie, this is supposed to quote another post, sorry

the readings they took are from a room though. did they measure with a grow tent? I see

I wouldn’t worry much, as walker said the drivers are IP 65/67 rated so as long as your humidifier isn’t blasting directly onto the diodes you’ll be fine. Wagos have inner walls to separate the connectors so they won’t short on each if humidity levels are high.
Sorry for the late reply . Thanks for the info I really appreciate it

My shits here!!!!
Fuses are in the holders and the ends are stripped for wago and board connections.
My dumb ass forgot to order power cords. Luckily I was able to scavenge one and found this other double ended one that I had from another project a few years back. Drivers will go on the double ended one.

I see that dimmer advertised on the Chinese kits all the time. that come with your meiju sets?
Yeah I got 4 of them when I ordered. I have one on each side that each controls 2 320w drivers.
That will be the 3rd one that will run the two new 240s.
I can use my remote and control all 3 at once, or have independent control of left, right, and now corners.

1,760w for that 6X8 huh. With the efficiency of the diodes on top of it, that's some serious photon drop.

I wanted to make this the last time I have to upgrade my lights lol. This pushes me over 35w per sqft of 561s. On top of the great spread from so many panels. This should wreck my space now.

Drivers and dimmer are wired together and hung. Just need a hand with the light runs, cant quite do those alone yet. So this is probably it for now.

Good Solder work there. I love any opportunity to pull out those tools

Anyone have any suggestions for a 4x12 area? I was going to put 3 of nalite 3h lights at 650w each but I’m open to trying to build my own. I just want to the best coverage/intensity for under $2000.

I was considering getting 3 of the refurbished 550 hlgs.
