"THE CAN" weed, anybody remember????

Back in the late to mid 80's got some killer weed. Never seen anything like it since. Came in like a cat food can that was vacuum sealed. Had a pull top on it and when you opened it just stunk up the whole room with skunk smell almost instantly. We just called the stuff "the Can". It was about $125 a 1/4 way back then. Someone mentioned it came out of Humbolt county.

Just wondering if any of you old stoners out there saw it and maybe get insight into the strain.

I remember it. It was from Jamaica.

My old landlord back when I was a teen used to get it. But he always told me it was from Hawaii...It was pretty rare, that's really all I remember about it other than it being some top notch smoke.
