My brother is working with these. I know nothing of them, but I believe it's a ??substrate?? grow...and I believe this strain are Brazilian something. Just wanted to share some pictures. They are about to drop skirts (2 have already) and he'll be harvesting and dehydrating once that happens. He has penis envies colonizing now.

I would throw those out so they don't contaminate any other jars/cakes going.

EDIT: unless its just bruising of the cakes from moving them? But they look pretty green to me.
EDIT2:I was researching this topic and it said that if the mushrooms look OK, then they should be OK to eat.
