Try and say use the search button and then answer their ? to appeal to the newbs to like the site.

We help those that help themselves. Us 'assholes' are tired the same Q from someone who does NOTHING to find an answer on his own. You are lazy, and now complaining that we didn't indulge you. Yup, we must be assholes. LOL.
