THC how do you make sure plants hav thc ???

You can't make them have thc. Thc comes from the plant itself. Not sure I understand your question.

you got to check your trichomes and if u dont know what that is do some reading then get u a scope

im sure there is, i doubt it works. just do a good job growing it, there is no special/"pacific" nutrient to use

or putting plants into dark near the end of flowering stage will that help?

i suggest you do some research if u havent grown before first worry about keeping plants alive before u worry about making it more potent
and buying feminized seeds has nothing to do with getting more thc

The steps to make sure you get THC:
1.) Make sure you get a good strain to start with
2.) Make sure you're growing a female plant
3.) Take care of her and give her enough light (this forum is all about caring for cannabis)
4.) Make sure you harvest the buds at the right time (there's also tons of info about that)

This will maximize the THC content yes.

And it doesnt especially matter if its a Girl or Boy... Although its kinda preferred to have a Virgin Lady with good genetics. A boy will produce some THC, maybe not as much as you would like... but 1 million times more than a prime, fragrant trichome loaded Catnip plant!!

Minx try growing catnip i heard it has more than a million times more thc than cannabis!

Look at the Trichomes on this one...
