i posted this one earlier. a mother vegging out of control. transitioning very nicely.

this is some outdoor chernobyl that a friend grew. it looks good and does the trick but i really dont care for it much.

Very nice looking plants there, did you flush to get a nice fade like that or is it the plant just on its own?

kept the feeding on the lighter side. then week 6 very little food. week 7 - 9 only water. i dont flush or run a ton of water thru at any time. some of the yellow towards the top could actually be from light bleaching too. in fact i'll post exactly how i fed them in a bit.

7 gallon pot. sun shine pro mix #4. i sorta grew her anorexic style with little feeding. i like to vaporize and if you burn your plants feeding them it tastes like shit in a vape. smoking isnt quite as noticeable. if you overfeed at any time you pretty much fuckd er bud. any burn you cannot reverse in growth. only get better new growth. i figured fuck it i'll go close to all organic this time and feed very light. only tap water with general hydroponics PH down. Pretty much just kept the main stem bent for canopy control and used stakes with twist ties to keep heavy branches up. The room is actually kind of crammed but lots of air circ. all my thanks for this beautiful pearl girl goes to the TGA Subcool crew. You guys are amazing and put out the best fucking strains!

i dont feel like getting the veg schedule but here day 1 is when it was put in the flower room.

that pic of the outdoor chernobyl above was grown completely organic with only composted chicken shit and well water. i dont think it was covered very often so she flowered late and the buds were small. it is also usually quite cold where i am in october sometimes even september. the leaf is covered in crystals though. might be great for hash i guess. i dont really like the taste of smoking it myself. the indoor chernobyl is the shit though. it's not much for flavor. in fact all those flavoring nutrients dont do shit. i've tried them many times on different strains. i've tried not using them on fruity strains and got the same results. you really only need to keep it simple. organic is usually better because it's much harder to burn. like i said earlier you burn her once, you can't undo it. only fix the new growth. synthetic fertilizers actually are not bad, they just requite more caution. you really have to be careful with your measuring especially with anything time released. a ppm meter is highly recommended if you trying to push yield limits. quality control with everything is a must, especially when dealing in the medical community.

outdoor agent orange

that outdoor chernobyl from that last picture i post tested at 15.44% THC. indoor my 8 week cheese quake tested at 17.77%. a while ago i had some older cheese quake that tested at 17.72% it was 8 weeks in flower and a several month cure. i have another cheese quake that i may let go 9 weeks. she kinda suffered some heat stress and light bleaching though. some ugly fan leaves so i haven't taken pictures. the buds look nice though. i'll probably have her tested too. after that im done growing that strain for now. nice dense cheesey smelling buds but just doesnt get me high like some other strains. i would never say shes no good or not worth growing. i just like my other tga strains better.

All ten AOS popped and topped. Cheese Quake.

Out of ten, 4 were female with AOS. The one was weak, small and just not looking right so I tossed her. The other three are healthy. Vortex in the tent.

I wanted to thank you for those great genetics!
..as europeans we always tend to believe that only we ourselves got the good stuff, but you've proven that wrong .
We found an exceptional female in just a 10-Pack of Agent Orange.
It is pure (!) orange in smell (early on more tangerine, which changes later), sweet chemo-orange-candy, undistinguishable from a real Orange and it translates into taste so well..it's not smelling like oranges, it is oranges..wonderful stuff!!

I assume it is the OV pheno, very round golfball-buds, very very hairy, but with some stretch and a sativa look regarding leaves and internode distance besides the round indica buds.



I have a few questions regarding this pheno (the pics is 43 days), maybe subcool or someone else can help me with:

1. How does the smell / taste develops later in flower? will it become more skunky,earthy, hashy etc. like some strains do, will it become sweeter? Will the intense orange fade? We are really unsure when it's the best time to pull it..at this stage it reeks of pure and pungent orange, it's incredible.

2. When does anyone chop the OV pheno?
It seems to develop quite quick as you can see in the pics, but looks can be deceiving..

Smakki allot of TGA strains develop fast.And its not just that TGA strain that is DANK..all of them are dank.Everyone of them is unique. I have never had a problem finding a keeper mom in a pack of seeds of TGA.Allot of the TGA strains ive grown seem to like to finish around day 56,Even jack the ripper and its a haze plant. I seen someone mention here that it is there favorite plant.Mine too.
Jack the ripper will be straight coming for your head.And dank as fuck.
The smell be will better latter on in flower in my experiences the taste of the flower will taste almost exactly like it smells.
For example ive got a querkle Didnt turn purple at all..BOO HOO..it is fast to develop rock hard nugs and the most lemon smell ever..like lemon candy .When i open up my stash box it smells like lemon candy.Has a novicaine effect.Potent,Tastes just like it smells too.Lemon pudding lemon head candy.Fucking amazing really.The after smoke will fill your home or even the area you are in with the most dank hash smell it will draw people in from a long way away if you are even smoking it outside..its like the pied piper of weed.

i'll 2nd with you there on jack the ripper. fucking beautiful plant and very fast for a sativa. chernobyl you can actually get away with harvesting after only 7 weeks if done right although i prefer 8 myself. both are extremely high in potency.

i had some friends that grew querkle and hate to say it but they were not too impressed. theirs did not turn purple either and actually tested a little lower in thc compared to tga's other strains. i dunno though i didnt see it nor do i know if it was grown in optimal conditions. i wouldnt mind giving it a try myself just because tga subcool is my favorite company.

i have a deep purple going from seed and the nugs are huge. thick looking hairs. little bit of heat stress and light bleaching on her though. no sign of any purple yet either. i will post pics of her eventually but it's not my best work.

just got my timewreck and ace of spades the other day so i will have lots of pics of those coming in time. also i'll post test results for all the strains that i have not yet after they're tested.

I know this aint the right place, but it is TGA gear and I feel this is the only thread there is, I topped this Vortex and Qrazy Train 7 DAYS AGO to take some clones and there is this weird crystaling going on at the new shoots

It doesnt look good, looks sick for me, any one knows whats going on? it also happed in a new WW sprouted same date and cloned same date as this two

CheeseQuake dried and have been smoking it the past two days. By far the best smelling TGA strain in my garden. The description is dead on. I presume I have a cheese dominant pheno because it smells like cheese candy from, like, week 4 or so. No exaggeration. It has a nice light buzz, not too potent but the smell and taste makes up for it.

Very much so..a couple out grew the light..ended up being around 6 and half ft..about 2 1/2 to 3 ft when thrown in flower

I found two seeds forming in one of the top buds of one of my CQ's. I'm at day 37 of flower, and spend quality time in my garden each day, so I was surprised that I had missed any hermi activity. I have five CQ and three AOS, from seed, that I set about inspecting for nanners/pollen sacks. Here's where it gets weird.... I've been doing this for ten years and usually once you know that they're there, male flowers stick out like a sore thumb. I spent two hours, under 4000w of HPS and with an LED flashlight, inspecting each branch of each plant, from the bottom up, and found NOTHING. Not one nanner and no evidence of any more seeds forming. The calyxes are really starting swell (except for one single cola dominant CQ that looks like it might go a good 70 days) and I would be able to see seeds forming if my garden was fully knocked up, but nothing. WEIRD SHIT.
