Very nice! I know that, at this point, the three AOS are waaaaaay more frosty and pleasing to look at than any of the CQ. They seem to be a week or more ahead of the CQ, so that may play into it somewhat. All three are similar in a lot of ways, but still seem to be different phenotypes. The A2 has the least color, is way taller than the otherser (including the CQ), and has long colas. The A9 is going to be the first to finish, definitely has pink, purple, and magenta throughout, but I don't think it's going to go completely purp. It has super dense, fat, chunky buds. In addition to being the first to finish, I'm betting it's gonna yield the most as well. It's gorgeous. Lastly, A6 looks like it's gonna yield close to A9 and looks like it's gonna be completely purple/magenta. I think it's going to look just like the pics. of AOS on TGA's website. I'm guessing the A2 probably leans more toward the JTR, so it may end up having the best high.

Took these pics about a day ago. Not my greatest work, had a little heat stress, light bleaching, and i think i over watered a little on some. no mites but there are fungus gnats here and there. pyrethins/neem on the soil really helps keep them at bay though.

This is actually a chernobyl mother that is over a year old. Shes probably had over 1,000 clones cut off in her lifetime. She has become too tall with no lower growth anymore plus the branches seem to break off extremely easy. Being this frail I decided to give her another flower cycle, harvest, throw the remains in the fire pit. Shes been in her last flower cycle for 54 days when the pics were taken. She was root bound as fuck in a 15 gallon. Just gave her tons of Big Bloom and a little Tiger Bloom here and there. Sometimes cal mag too. i've been giving her only water the past 12 days. I had 2 tests done on this strain all which came from clones from this mother. One tested at 24%THC the other 25%.



Deep Purple here on day 47 of flower. Pretty much watered her every 2 day days with a high dose of Big Bloom. Ever 3 waterings i used
.75 - 1 tsp of Tiger bloom. Added some cal mag a couple times. Started giving her straight water since 2 days ago. There are no signs of purple yet but maybe it has to do with the pheno. my temps never go below 74-75F not even during lights out so I never have it too cold. i'm aware that almost any plant will have tints of purple if you let it go longer. Going to harvest this one in about 2-3 weeks depending on how she looks and what my space situation is. Going to re veg her and keep her as a mother if I like her or else giving her away. I will have her tested in time.





Jack The Rippers. I have several different plants of these all at different days of flower. I dont feel like looking up the days for which is which as for the week in flower. I tested her before and it hit 22% One of my favorite smells and tastes. it's like sugar dipped pine cones.




This is that same Cheese Quake plant i posted pics of earlier. The same one i had bend in the middle for extra colas. In these pics she is in day 47 of flower. Only getting water the past 5-6 days. It has a lot of nice tops but I fucked up a bit with too much light and heat I think. Kinda think I also may have over watered her a couple times. besides the shitty looking fan leaves, she aint bad and has a very strong cheese smell. extremely thick buds. I mostly went organic on this one with Fox Farm Big Bloom. I used a lot like 6-8 T almost everytime I watered. a few times though I just gave it water 1t/g of Tiger Bloom. This will be my last grow of her due to space limitations and new TGA Subcool strains. I had her tested twice at 17% THC.




Ace OF Spades just popped. Doing timewreck also but have not started the seeds. Will have both pics and test results in time!

also did a little experiment. i remember fuck 10-15 years ago reading about water curing weed. figured i'll grab a little nug, do some review and research, then record some results. they say use ro water. i just used bottle water which tests at 10 for ppms. keep the bud covered in water and change it every day. strain is chernobyl picked especially because of it's potency and trich coverage. here is what i got. after a few days in waterView attachment 2885308. after about 6 days in water. View attachment 2885309 and now about a day of drying left it by my warm furnace for a while but it's still a bit wet .


dry enough to smoke now. same few little nugs they turned dark. stuff really shrunk. no sign of mold i scoped it.



i'll maybe repeat this and make a thread some other time where i got an everyday picture of it. i'll use a strain with more flavor as well. just took a couple hits and it seems to have a lot of the flavor pulled from it. it's not a terrible taste, just sorta blank. seems kinda smooth for how big of a hit you can pull. be interested to get this tested to see how much if would effect the thc compared to an air dried sample. personally i like the old air dried way better. i'm just into trying new techniques or bringing old goodies back. even if it doesnt work out so well, it's fun to learn i guess.

you cover the bud in water? say whaaat? no fungus? whats the point of this technique? what results did u come up with?

Here is a lower nugg from my Third Dimension. I have a very stretchy , lime scented ,trichs like crazy lady. It's at day 48 in the pic. It almost seems like the trichs start off milky. This is a picky pheno and has shot a few naners when I stressed her . Smoke report soon !

THC is not water soluble. i was worried about fungus myself. no sign of any though. thats why i started with only about a gram or so. probably takes the flavor out though too. just wanted to experiment. i've done it years ago with commercial for fun and didtn enjoy the flavor.

I posted results on the above thread. Didnt want to start any new posts with this since it's not my thread and I kinda feel like I thread jacked. Sorry if anyone feels violator kushed.

My ex-wife is bringing me her old camera over Thanksgiving (she's a photographer/video editor working in Manhattan, so even her old gear is badass), and I was trying to wait because my cell phone camera is pretty weak. I'll take some tonight and see how they look.

Updates on the Chernobyl bush. This was a clone off a mother I grew from seed and she herself became a mother. she started growing out of control so i decided to put her in flower and bend the taller branches back. She is at day 17.
