bobotrank, in your opinion, would you harvest them now, as far as you can tell from the pics?
I like going by the trichs, and waiting until I start to see some amber appear. Some of those look pretty close, but I saw a couple pics that looked like they could maybe swell up a little bit more.... I'm looking at a computer screen, though. ... are you sharpening these a lot? Maybe back off on that a little and it might make it easier to see them. I dunno. Just me. Looks good though.

No I dont use sharpening, just a canon t3i on auto settings... Adjusting white balance is the only thing I do with my pictures when taken in the room with the LEDs, otherwise I simply zoom, or crop. I am no photographer! I dont have a tripod at the moment either, I ll get more serious when I have a plant that I am very proud of.

I have chopped all the 3D down, and only one bud from the Vortex, I think I ll wait on the vortex. So much resin on my scissors.

Thanks for your help

Hmm, interesting. It must be from the zoom/crop then. What lens u using?

Happy trimming!
it says on it canon EFS 18-55mm, image stabilizer, macro 0.25m/0.8ft

That's my woman's toy, I am only starting to realise how lucky I am to shoot my plants with this camera! We got to bring it for a clean up though there is something wrong with it. I wish I knew how to use the other functions, someday I will get her to take the pics ... but we need a tripod anyway.

18-55 is really a 27-83mm because you have an 3/4 sized sensor. You still might have some trouble getting in close enough without a macro lens. Try shooting either camera raw or large jpgs and you might get getter results quality wise. Try to keep your lens around 35mm and that will give you a good frame with decent focal abilities in terms of proximity to your subject. Sorry if that was a foreign language to ya. Peace.

All is not so foreign and I can get my partner to translate :eyesmoke: I know the camera was on RAW setting for the longest time and I just told her this morning that I had reset the camera to default because it was acting funny. I think the memory card is dying or something. For a while I had to take the battery out between each picture because the camera would stop responding processing the second picture. Since then I realised there was dust around the memory card as well so I think the camera needs a clean up.

I will try staying in that 35mm range I usually go all in or all out hehe.. I am a newbie

THANKS

I am certain this one was not mislabelled, maybe I got the wrong seeds from the seed bank... this plant should be deep purple. It's finally looking pretty good for 12/12 from seed but it took forever to get her there, very slow grower so that part of it sounds like deep purple. Otherwise it looks nothing like the description. Has anyone had a similar pheno? thanks

Dude if you don't see spider mites actively flying around chances are good that it is cat hair. If you see webs then you are gonna see tons of spider mites along with them

heres some wax i made outside the other day in my walk out freezer. this is the 120 micron bag. pretty good full melt and tastes a little earthy with like a rotten fruity pepper smell. This was just trim with none of the popcorn buds i will run them seperate and see how it is.PIC_0495.JPGPIC_0497.JPGPIC_0500.JPGPIC_0499.JPGPIC_0498.JPG
