Template ideas to track a grow?

I’m trying to find out what information to keep track of during a grow, or in this case, multiple grows at one time, and really a lot of things are coming up all over the place…
this is my first grow indoor, 2 tents (1-5x5 and 1-4x8) and a seedling/cuttlings closet….obviously I watch RH and Temp etc while it’s growing but is there a template to use for everyday growing info to track thats sectioned into different grow cycles maybe and has cheat sheets or notes included etc?
I just know to watch the temp and watering…ppm/ph for feeding and then the dates I track are the germination start, sprout/seedling at 3”, transplant date (to 3gal or 7gal depending on grow technique etc) and then the flowering date I’ll put down but not sure what else to track.
Also I tried finding threads on here before just posting and couldn’t, not sure if it’s cuz I’m newer but i found tons of others actual journals but not the individual info they’re recording either daily/weekly/monthly. Thanks in advance for any info given and I hope everyone’s having a great day

Track any issues you have as well. That way you can compare and correct on future grows of the same strain. Treatments and additives , when and how much. If your new to indoor you will want to keep track of how often you need to do anything to or for your reservoir. There’s a lot depending on what type of grow u do.

I just print out a calendar and keep track of info... Pretty simple..
Right, ok so more or less I’m wondering what info you’re all keeping track of and when/why etc…idk maybe I’m just thinking too much into it ahead of time

Appreciate the tip for comparison :) I guess I was thinking someone would be like Ohh yea man, look up the bushdoctor710 grow journal template and download pdf so you have an easy go to guide for your grow but I’ll just print out a calendar like @HydoDan does and just keep a detail track of the grow(s)
Even though it’s a tame subject and may seem dumb in some eyes to even ask, so I really do appreciate ya taking time to drop some knowledge in the reply for me.

Ya…. Just take it easy this time around. Track your ph ppm Rh and heat. The rest will fall into place as you need to know.

I track my grow and it allows me a lot more control and efficient use of my nutes and power.
I'm tracking inside and outside temp/hum.
leaf temp, pot weight, runoff, vpd, growth (using 4k camera sending image to pc every 24h). All this is done on a dedicated growroom computer server running infludb.

Nope… no template that I’m aware of. Sounds like a worthy thread though for sure.

I buy a yearly planner, then note what I do daily. If I’m not watering or feeding, I note how the plants look, growth rate etc…

Very nice, checking it out now…but sounds like I’m on the right track at least…and see, I didn’t think of pot weight (guessing before/after watering?) and I’m not sure what vpd stands for although I’m sure when I look I’ll be like wow, I’m dumb lol…
Appreciate ya

VPD stands for Vapor Pressure Deficit

So I’m just looking for a opening to talk about my new watering setup. So…. I don’t check my pots ever now.. don’t water em or track when their dry. I got a arduino watering system… takes a good deal of tinker ability and some coding. But it has sensors and is looking pretty good as of two weeks. Comes in pieces so be ready to assemble n wire it. But I’m digging it so far.

If something goes south in your grow, you can back track your journal and pinpoint where you went wrong. It’s a great learning tool.

Hmm ok, so is it almost the same as tracking the rh but opposite? Or less confusing sounding, is it more like tracking the humidity to light intensity ratio?? Should I be watching vpd/looking more into it to track also? This is my first grow but I have a cpl tents and i will be perpetual harvesting/growing as much as I can… I started already actually (super silver haze FEM seedlings are 4 weeks old, and also germed new seedlings that are 5 days old)
