I really don't know...Probably a lot of variables. Probably not 50 kph though.

I use to ride with a kid who was riding a single speed BMX bike and was always amazed how I had a hard time keeping up with him on a 21 speed mountain bike...Those things really roll!! And he seemed to be doing less pedaling too! Had to be the gearing!

I still have the ring ring bell....it REALLY pisses off some walkers, but they'd be even more pissed if I hit them.

maybe a 1000w is over the top. We're only allowed to have 500w here but they sell 1000w kits on amazon.
