Here comes the persecution complex. Woe is me. Life is hard. The economy is recovering and we can have affordable healthcare now. What a horrible fate.

Whatever the outcome with Ted Nugent, he threatened the life of the President of the United States. Last I heard that is a class D felony.

Welllll... Before the affordable care act my premiums were almost 600.00 per month. Due to preexisting conditions. Now I pay around 180.00. 600.00 > 180.00. See how that works?

So people without preexisting conditions must pay more so you can pay less? Why are we responsible for your healthcare costs?

I still don't see how the affordable health care act is responsible for greedy insurance companies hiking their premiums and costs. It was stated earlier that most of the provisions haven't even gone into effect yet. My previous job had blue cross/blue shield. My premiums went up exponentially while my coverage was cut back more and more. This was before O'Bama was elected. It was a trend long before O'Bama came into the picture.

That is the small business responsible for him. This situation is not related to you at all. It only effects the small business if it cant sustain the costs.

His package cost the same as the next person but his old employers is paying the rest of the costs

I have always believed insurance is the gypsy selling "magical dust"

People buy insurance
Insurance pays for expensive procedures
medical field sees they can charge more because insurance will pay for it.
Insurance companies raise rates & deductible

I would like to know if that 180.00 policy you have is a benefit with a discount from your job?......what made it go down from 600.00....to....180.00?

You make it sound like Obama care got you a great deal on health care.....It just doesn't make sence that you got such a great deal on health.......and other people don't......

Obama legislation extended workers benefits to people that got laid off. Carne has insurance , His payments are $600 his employer pays $420 of the bill. The government does not lower that cost, the government does not pay the difference. No tax money is involved.

Benefits end after a period of time when you get laid-off. This legislation extended that period. So before it was implemented carne was out of the time period and paid the full $600. After it was implemented he fell within the new time period so the former employer has to pay $420 of the bill again, and carne has to pay the rest of the $180

Clear?

I've had my government run 'Medicare' health insurance for 10 years now. All my costs have been covered with no exceptions.
I do pay for an insurance 'subsidy', but with Obamney Care set to kick in, in 2014, I won't have to pay for absolutely anything.
And contrary to the conservative claims of 'death panels' my Medicare coverage is much better than my BC/BS coverage.

And maybe I'll send Ted some sort of flower arrangement when he discloses which jail he's gonna choose.

I don't know how to difine shit. Whatever the fuck that means. I'm pretty sure it's not even a word. Also ellipses are used to show omissions of text, what the fuck are you omitting? I would presume all the uhhhh's and ummm's mouthbreathers like you punctuate your sentences with.

But, in regards to the subject at hand, Ted Nugent is cool and all, but also a dumbass. One cannot simply threaten the POTUS regardless of race, affiliation, etc. I am not sure how enforceable the law is considering roughly 1/3-1/4 of the south would get locked up if the government started incarcerating people who spoke of doing harm to Obama.
