Hey, I know you are probs still busy playing Wikileaks Mad-Libs, but did you get a chance to look up what a tax credit is? You are right about the EITC, but that is a tax credit in name only. I believe it is the only one that works that way. Look up the IRS definition. Oh right, they have been widely discredited.
