Tangerine Dream Fan Club

Heres my 3 TD babies, and i have developed a problem in the last 2 days...

1st plant looks totally fine
2nd has yellowey bottom leaves and a 3rd has yellow spots on ...

I'm thinking over nutes although been useng low strength nutes (coco a+b) and only using nutes every 3rd water, plain water most times.

Any ideas?

p.s sry for crappy phone pics

Hey great thread. Have a TD in flower week 4 right now. Will post some pics on here soon or check out my journal which is updated weekly (ish). It is the one plant I really want to turn out well. It has been a joy to grow so far. I've topped it and recently LST'ed it too.

place the paper towel in a ziplock (open) put on a plate and place it on top of your ballast, that will give off enough heat to pop those suckers right open. good luck and happy growing.

Cool thread, gotta keep it going.

Here at the ranch we got three kinds of TD's,

We got the Good:

This was a mother plant I decided was too nice to discard (I like to turn over my mom's every so often). This plant is about 4 months old and has been topped 3 times. This is it's 4th week in veg.

We got the Bad:

Ya get out of line, I gotta take you down. That's the way it is around here. Amazing what you can do with a rubber band to 6 week old clones these daze huh? :eyesmoke:

And we got the Ugly:

AHHHH my eyes. Stop. Please. Put it away.
Made this little zombie by making great decisions like thinking an organic Neem/Cinnamon mouthwash would make a great treatment for fungus gnats. It does. Just don't use it on your plants :wall:. Anyway to make a long one short, I transplanted and trimmed it to see if it would live and it just shot off growth wise. It will probably end up in the hash bin, but for now I use it to remind me that TD's got it's own schedule and if you fuck around too much with it, you get fucked.

Excuse me. What was that? Well folks I've just been reminded we have another type of TD. We call them "More".

Happy Growing Everyone. Cya round.

ohh looks close,
I wish. This pheno finishes in about 110-120 days. So the earliest I'll see some amber trichs from this group is in about 8 more weeks. Right now the oldest group is "hibernating". Soon they'll start a new growth spurt, the tops start growing pistils and leaves, and then they start to really fatten up. It's a pretty big yielder so as long as you don't mess it up it's worth it :).

I think I understand now why I was somewhat underwhelmed with the final results of my tangerine grow. I followed the instructions to flower for 10 wks and even added another week. They looked ok to me for harvest. But I see from feedback here that I should have let them flower for another few weeks. Unfortunately my mother TD got wiped out by blight so no more for me now.

Yeah oldhippy some TD phenos take forever it seems. And all Barney's Farm's numbers are just plain bullshit IMHO. But I will say this, that even at this stage of this grow, this is some strong ass cannabis, I'll give them that. Wish I could send you a clone, but we don't live in that kind of world....yet! Happy Growing!

FranJan, I just rolled and smoked half a doob of TD, and wow, it certainly is some strong ass cannabis!! It was my biggest producer on my first grow. I grew some Chocolope at the same time and preferred it to the TD. My expectations were inflated because of the amsterdam win. As it cures though, it does seem to get better My TD has a bite to it - maybe I locked in some cloryphyll taste by drying some of it too quickly. Unique pot, never had anything like it before. Keep us updated on your grow!
