So if a 'criminal' does not consent to your 'arbitration', you would just let him go or would you use force?

don't you call black people offering oney in exchange for goods and services a form of "offensive force" though?

and don't you call kicking people out of stores based solely on their skin color a type of "defensive force" though?

My apologies, I wasn't trying to derail Paddy's thread. Although the concept of the thread, which brand of coercion does a person prefer, has some irony. Not to be a dick, but I am often amused by things here, if that is okay.

Nothing wrong with me, the poll wasn't applicable to me that's all. I think arguing which kind of turd you like to polish misses the point. I am, as you know, anti-political and anti initiation of violence. Hence my response.

Before I retired I worked for myself. I did have bosses as a younger man and was a "rising star" in a corporate world.

Thank you for your assessment of my character. Pretty close...I work for peace, that's why I advocate voluntary and consensual human relations.

You have combined my respect for every persons right to chose their associations with an endorsement of how some would chose not to associate with others. Your argument is flawed and relies on an erroneous leap. You do that alot, but most people are used to it.

Is that due process flawless? Ever any errors in it? Does that due process remain restricted to "real crimes" or is much of it focused on mala prohibitum type statutory laws that are in place to control others?
