Tacos?

Is this the same type of a/c
Good god, those are insanely expensive. 12,000 BTU for almost 4 grand??? I need to read up on it to understand the justification.

For real though, you might be able to exhaust the heat since you only have one light. You'll probably need to up it to a 6" or 8" inline fan though. Can you cool the room that the tent is in with a window AC instead of going the portable AC route?

can you freeze a bottle of water to add to your dwc res? it works quite well aparently
Its 50 gallons. I do flood and drain. (Pic)

I don't mind to. But its our bedroom and my wife probably wouldn't like it. But.....its for my plants baby. Lmao
I think i am actually gonna get that one you suggested. Gonna leave the light at 30% for about 2-3 weeks till i can afford it. Married. 4 kids. You know how it is. I do ok. But none of us are rich. $650 is worth it to me though if it lasts and is made to kick on and of multiple times and not burn up.

I bought one used and it only lasted about a year. Then I bought a new one and it's still going after about 4 years. The biggest problem is what you kicking it on and off as you mentioned. If you have the AC on the outside of the tent, its temperature reading won't jive. I solved this by turning it to the coolest setting and running one of these thermostat plugs into the tent as a controller. This causes it to kick on and off instead of going into standby mode like it was designed to do. It's probably not great for longevity, by like I said mine has held up for years now.

This one is nice because you can program the temps for lights on and off.
