Switching from Aerponics/Fogponics to DWC/E&F during grow

I have a question about roots.
I plan to grow cuttings with fogponics or aeroponics.
Then, for the veg and bloom period the cuttings will move to a DWC or E & F. system.
I want to stick the cuttings in only Neoprence collars, and they will remain their the total grow. So during vegging and blooming they will remain only in the Neoprence collars. So no hydroton or something like that. Totally mediumless with plant support.

Now my question is whether that is possible.
I can imagine that with fogponics or aeroponics the roots of the cuttings are not entirely suitable for good growth in DWC or E & F later.
Because perhaps the structure of the roots might be just a bit different. Because they might have more fine hairs, for example. Perhaps the roots need time to adjust.

Are there members here who have experience with switching from one system to another during their grow?

I start in LPA and move to HPA. Move them into 2.5” netpot when they leave the cloner, they keep the same neoprene collar their whole life from cloner to harvest no medium at all.

LPA roots are not noticeably different from dwc, in my experience.
