Sweet Pictures DIY Man!!

I am a cheap bastard That and I love the challenge of building something cheaper than I could buy it for. I have
built every part of my grow room. I built the lights, the exhaust, the well everything. I started off building one 150w HPS.
Ordered a kit with bulb for $60 and modified a metal buffet pan that cost $10 = $70.





Realised that wasnt enough light and built another.





Turns out two 150w HPS side by side creates alot of heat




So I had to build an exhaust system. I used a computer fan I bought for $16 which pushes an astonishing 42 cfm,
Cardboard box, and an 8ft dryer vent tube that cost $10 = $26 and it works pretty good with the help of a couple
fans blowin around.












I used a shower curtain rod and some light weight chain to suspend everything,




then I taped a safety blanket (mylar like) to the wall Which only cost $3 from walmart. Also built a drip system
bucket using a $15 kit and two $3 buckets. Got a couple pics of it all and My White Widow (8 days Flower)

With nutes and rockwool and other shit like $500 I have already harvested two monster plants. one was 4 oz and the other was 3 oz now I got some WW goin

Was wondering where you got your kit from and if possible if you have a link to it if you got it online and what is needed I want to make a few of them thanks lookin good bro !!! I like to build shit myself its more of an accomplishment I think and you learn from your mistakes better like getting shocked !!! LOL

Thanks www.1000bulbs.com I love this place I love gettin stoned and building crap sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt but its fun all around

Ok I like it and your plants are hella healthy, but y didnt you just spend a little xtra cheese and get it professional. Dont get me wrong dude, like I said it looks great its just that I priced the samething today at the hydro store around here and a SunSystems 150w hood and built in ballast for $70 bucks. 16,000 lumens and tempered glass. Anyways, great set up, I just get worried with exposed transformers and caps. By the way, do u happen to have a spread sheet of capacitor size to bulb wattage?

wow! 3-4 oz. that's awesome! i hope i can be as fortunate! i spent around 800 for everything shopping online, putting my friend's to shame on the amounts they have spent! but you got me beat, and it looks like artwork,lol, great use of a kitchen sink by the way,lmao!

When I was pricing shit I couldnt find anything for less than $100 and like I said in the original post I like the challenge. I tried to get just a hood for it and they wanted $60 and it wasnt even a cooltube I can go look at the cap and see what size it is Give me a minute Its an MKP 55 micro farads I dont know if this what you are asking for
