SuperCropping - Anybody do it and seen good results??

it might be better to top & lLts. i did that with 1 of my plants i have seen lots of buds on her. the only draw back is she is trying to produce 2 colas. she is very busy for growing under a high watt cfl 150w 7900 lume bulb.

i dont think most of you know what yr talking about topping and fiming give you multiple tops,,supercropping is pinches branch stems to make them stronger and form elbows on them,so they can support thick weight in later flowering...i think theres a confusion here...
A) topping fiming- cutting the top of the plant,or taking 90% off forms multiple tops
B) supercropping,-pinching or bending the branches in veg growth,essentially breaking them,,,when they heal they form "elbows" and get much thicker,hence able to support thick weight in flowering,so u dont need to use any type of supports
hope this clears things up for some people
