Thx for the inv SMH! These are my CONvict Kush. They are almost a month into flowering. I started in Light Warrior/ Pro Mix, in a 2qt pot, with a 1/2 inch Supa Soil on the bottom. They were then upcanned to 1 1/2 gallon pots, with just Supa Soil. Not 1 deff yet:) Awesome recipe Sub

They truley love this soil. I wish more people would use it for their meds.
Nice to hear of someone using this soil with smaller pots because I was going to try it out in my 1.5 gallon pots as well and keep a little SOG grow goin in my little cab.

No problem! Thats what these forums are here for, so others can get first hand experiences from everyday people.

They were actually vegged in super soil. They were only in the light warrior mix until they had an established root system and transplanted directly into 5 gallon buckets of Super Soil.

Just curious about something. Is the super soil designed to be used with tap water or filtered water? Right now I use R/O filtered water because my tap water comes out of the faucet @ 250ppm and tastes like shit. If I used just straight R/O to water plants in the super soil is there a chance of CaMg deficiency? Or do all the goodies in the soil take care of that?

No, you won't have any deficiancies from using R/O water. The Dolomite Lime and the Epsom salts are where your getting calcium and magnesium. I use R/O water and my plants love it. If you follow the recipe you shouldn't have any problems.

Peace, SMH

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply. I am in ProMix HP with the Botanicare line for this run, but the next run is gonna be in super soil. I'm tired of dicking around with nutrient solution and pH pens. Fuck that. lol

Just FYI but sub recommends using a cal/mag supplement if using R/O water. It's in the soil 101 thread.

Thanks man! It's all about good genetics and Super Soil, just add water and you get nothing but DANK!.
Word. I'm about halfway through Teaming with Microbes. I can already tell it's going to be one of those books you read 3 or 4 times, and then go back and reference from time to time. Thanks again for the recommendation!

so, what is powdered cal/mag? Sub says it is not dolomite, and I've asked every gardener I know and they are all clueless. The best thing I can come up with is the powdered cal/mag from your local health food store. Correct me if I'm worong
