Super Lemon Haze - Strange Fan leafs

I have a super lemon haze that I germed on 2-20-13 it popped in aprox 30 hours, I am growing 5 strains all in happy frog soil, watter is a 55 ppm phed to 6.5-6.8, under a 4x8 t-5 floro, day temps up to 78, night temps down to mid 60's. day Humidity is never higher than 55%, night times climb to 70 %.

The Fan leaves are very strange.. Is this a genetic thing? Thanks in advanced for looking.

It looked like at first you were over watering but in the last pic 27 days from germ it started to look better. I would put in a bigger pot. You would be surprised how fast the roots grow. 3 gal would be perfect

I take pics right after watering, so soil will look a little saturated. I don't think they were over watered, All strains were watered the same and this is the only plant showing these wierd fans. Here is a shot of all 10, and only the one is wierd .
