is there any truth in adding suger to your water in the flowering stage? if so when do you add it and how much ?

i believe molasses is what people use.

but couldnt tell you what portions to add

unsulpheredblackstrap molasses ii believe thats what ii used watch for knats tho they love the suger ,,venus fly traps work if you get em tho...
