Stupid mistakes that get you caught

we have a friend that was growing quite a bit, selling, making a lot of money for quite a few years. then he got lazy and paid someone to tend his crops. she was arressed and turned in our friend to get a lesser sentence. perhaps an area that discribes stupid mistakes that got people caught. this way we can learn from other's mistakes. just a suggestion. we always thought it's best to breakup the processes. for example; if you grow, than don't distribute to more than one person sworn to secretcy. don't tell anyone about your grow room. also the methods that are used to catch people growing, like the heat sensors when they do fly overs. just a thought. thanks

I love north carolina. I don't know why I moved back to ohio in the first place.

That is why I am glad I live in Oregon. Medical Marijuana is available to those that need it. Everything connected to that (and I mean everything) is legal and most of it is free too.

that's unbelievable. i guess i'm in the dark. i had heard that california had to change it's laws because of the feds. i'm surprised! is oregon the only state that it's legal in? or are there more. thanks for the insight!

what part of north carolina? we live in the middle, the very center. there's a lot of woods everywhere, i suppose that's why smoke is so plentiful. when i lived in maryland coke was used a lot. i'm guessing being near a seaport had something to do with it. not too many woods in maryland. then again you can always grow indoors but it is much much harder to do. what's popular in ohio? and how did you end up there?

we grow indoors during the winter months and outdoors during the summer. in ohio we have gorilla-grows. alot of times it is in the middle of the corn field but considering how wooded it is here also, we can grow alot of places also. I lived in ohio originally, but moved to jacksonville for a couple of years. yes i was in the corp and I lived there for about two years after I got out. moved back home to take care of my family.

i'm not sure where i heard about this; there was a guy using a g.p.s. to trace many different plants he had in several corn fields. he was arrested with a fresh harvest in his trunk. (i'm not sure why he was pulled) the officers punched in the gps numbers to find everthing!! that's some pretty bad luck. we have a large insulated out building with air conditioning, around 200 sq. ft. we have 1 neighbor across the street (dirt rd.) the rest is wooded. we're in the process of getting it set up better. our first crop was small for 11 plants. bag seeds. we're currently regenerating while waiting for some skunkberry. it's expensive to get everything set up. we initially started digging under the building so the temperature would be constant, and heat sessors can't pick up readings if it's 8ft. under before you start the room. it's a lot of work and then we had to move the plants indoors before we got caught with fly overs. that's how we ended up in the building instead of under the building. funny story. we're hoping to expand underground. the space there now is 8 x 8, we're planning to use it for curing.

with that space, there could be alot of curing going on there. lol

If you are going to be dealing drugs this is the main mistake they all make... THERE SKETCHY AS SHIT... don't park your car get in the other persons car go do the deal and come back. One way wait at a local store that you can walk to you wait for your friend to pull up and get in the car do the deal and he drives you to your destination or drops you off close to your destination.See the key is secretcy and to not think that everyone is fucking stupid because they dont know whats happening. If you think that your completely fucking stupid and your getting busted.

As a teenager I decieded to go for a smoke out cruise. I'm cruising the back roads and after smoking way to much shit I take a wrong turn and end up in bumfuck middle of nowhere. I drive till I find a marked highway and stop on the overpass to look at my map! I find the highway on the map and start folding my map up when out of nowhere a tap tap tap on my window is heard. I look over and it is a county mounty. I roll down my window and the pig gives me a look like wha the fuck is that smell. I remain cool as this pig is interagating me and I respond to all his questions politlly untill he askes me if I have be smoking marijuana and of course I tell him no, knowing my car smells like a rolling pot inferno, but what the hell it's worth a try. He asks if he can search I told him sure knowing I had my shit hid very well. He searches and finds nothing but some illigal fireworks. He states he knows I have been using marijuana and is going to arrest me for the fireworks (felony) if I do not turn over my pot. I complied. The cop looks at my little ass bag and laughs and tells me to get the hell outta here.
Dont park on overpasses with illigal shit.

I have been growing for about 27 years or there abouts and I never tell friends except a couple of buddies whom I grew up with. Anyway one day I'm sitting in my grow room viewing the outside of my house ( I have wireless cameras set up every where from x-10.com) when I saw the DEA Swat team near the top of my street (6:00 am -they like that time for some reason) preparing for a bust.

I freaked out big time and started cutting up my plants and shoving them down the garbage disposal. As I kept watching out for them and getting ready for them to bust my door down, they started walking down the street, (my heart must have been beating a thousand times per second the closer they got to my house) they kept on walking down my street and passed my house all together.

Turns out a neighbor down at the far end of my street was having his house busted. Come to find out later that day he was a pot dealer who pissed off the wrong person on a deal and was turned in. I lost my entire crop that morning (120 plants down the drain). From then on I started being extremely careful as to who I showed my crops to. I don't sell my bud anymore, but instead I share it with only my best of friends that I know and trust.

Unfortunately this is sad but true!!!

Back when I dealt pot I would have people meet me at Wendy's. I would tell them to be there in an hour. As soon as I hung up that phone I headed out the door. When I got there I would get drinks for both of us and sit down at a table and drink one pop. Then I would go to the bathroom with the empty cup and put the bag inside it. Come back out and sit down, they would show up and sit with me for a bit, then grab their drink (hint, hint) and leave. I would soon after,leave myself! Worked out great each and every time!

I headed out the door from my house right away and sat at Wendy's just to make sure there wasn't going to be cops showing up, just in case it was a set up. Allowed me to dump the pot if I had to!

8 feet under huh? I'm sure you do know that heat rises - UP! Heat sensors can detect the heat rising up and shows a funny looking pattern around the heat source. I only say this because a real good friend of the family is a Sherriff in these parts and does the fly over all the time. Want to hide all traces of heat??? Well do you??

Two things that will hide your heat source - 1. Cold water 2. Fresh Pine Tree Branches! These are the only known sources so far that hide heat sources real well. Once again, I only Say this because of a real good friend of the family is a Sherriff in these parts and told me so! If he only who he was telling this to! lol

Sherriff Dan as we will call him here, became family friends years ago when our sons played little league baseball together. At that time I was growing 300 + plants, since then I only grow 8 because of federal laws and prison time. No one wants to go to fed. prison just for growing! I know I don't!

cali and oregon are only state u can grow medical mary jane that i know of

friend served 2 yrs in prison cuz he got caught for dui 3 times and had a shitload of weed w/ him, he was drunk and he took some oxys and thats how he got dui'd 3 times. Funny thing is, the same situation happened to him 3 times, coming back from same friends house, same alcohol, same pills, same corner.... i hope this makes sense

wow .... you got fucking lucky .... I live in Lower Alabama .... me and my buddies where going to go chill at one of my friends lake house and smoke some out their I had two buddies with me I wasn't driving. We pass a dick head state trooper .... at this time we where about 17 my dumbass buddy didnt have his seat belt on ... and had a fat ass dip in his mouth .... so that gave the cop probable cause to search my my friends vehicle ..... sure wish I wouldn't have been greedy and thrown out my pipe and my quarter sack ..... it's a shame cops get off on fucking other .... we where not doing anything bad just going somewhere not acting a fool or putting anyone else in danger .... fuck them pigs.
