noise and girls always tell everyone. those are my peices of advice. also cops lie a lot. lol, a lot.

My sentiments exactly...

I wouldn't risk any jail time for weed...

Life in prison because you want to get high is insane...sorry but it is !

Either become legal ( past felonies for drugs does not effect license ) or move to a state where the penalties are a slap on the wrist.

I was going to move to Oregon before Colorado got it's head out it's ass . Cops in my town don't even care anymore...drive down the street at night and you'll see orange glows from half the houses...people are vegging in windows in plain sight. ( You still can't grow outside legally....but the cops don't really care )

I don't know what to say...I'd quit smoking all together if I was facing jail time.

4) Scent control, light control, heat control. If you can smell herb outside your grow area so can other people. If you have thousands of watts of bright light shining out of a bedroom in the middle of the night that could alert people. If you have the heat from the lights exhausting out of strange places it could look suspicious when the weather turns cold.

5) Don't ship directly to your grow. I ordered through a recommended website and added into the notes: "Please ship this discreetly". A week later the delivery truck showed up with my Growzilla reflector in original packaging. The only thing they shipped discreetly was a bag of Perlite. Fuckers!

6) DO NOT SPEAK TO THE POLICE WITHOUT AN ATTORNEY PRESENT. The Supreme Court decided in May or June that you aren't guaranteed your right to silence, you have to invoke your 5th amendment rights.

I'm going to post, or link to, a video that everyone should see. It is a law professor teaching his class about 5th amendment rights. His advice: Don't talk to the police, ever!
The funny thing is that he debates with a local police chief who also advises, Don't ever talk to the cops.

Now you just put that in a nicely packed nutshell. Full of informative information... the way I like it ;)

It's right most people get hit by the law in bigger areas... when they don't follow other small areas of the law. By not driving with a valid license or registration... the cops in turn can NOW search your vehicle... leaning towards worse things!
