So I'm doing a grow and my house was spraying fly spray outside my grow room. They know I'm growing but it never occurred that my intake fan would blow the fly spray on to my plants. So I explained to them that the fly spray will kill the plants I showed them the warning signs on back of the fly spray. This caused some burn to the plant which is situated nearest to the intake fan. Now the same stupid person has been cleaning the same area outside my grow room with bleach. So I told them in future can you not use bleach here we got antiseptic disinfectant that is safer to use than the bleach. I put this to them in a nice way I waited until they stopped cleaning and asked very nicely to not use the bleach in that area and educated them the risks of it as my intake fan blows directly over one plant. This housemate smokes and I provide free cannabis for them so you would of thought it's in their best interest as well and be concerned for the plants. Coz if the plants die they aint gonna get any free cannabis. Still I hurt this persons feelings and they had a go at me shouting and changing the subject about complaining about shit. Just don't believe how dumb are some people I just don't understand how people do shit without thinking.
Anyway enough of my whinging lol will the bleach fumes effect my plant it's on dark period now is there anything I should or can do to decrease the amount of damage it will do. I was thinking of foliar feed and then wiping all the leaves one by one. As I'm flowering at almost over 4 weeks I don't want that moisture on my buds or on the leaves due to mold and other issues.
I might be getting paranoid maybe the plants will be ok they just mopped the floor with bleach diluted but was very strong solution the fumes have been in contact with the plants. Will it effect my plants can anyone let me know. I have looked on Google and youtube they say that bleach will kill plants but nothing tells me about the bleach fumes and the effects it can have on the plants as the plants have to breath with bleach in the air.
