Striking out with seeds

Yoooo I’m not sure what’s going on but I have successfully germinated at least 20 seeds out of 23 in dirt but lately I’ve been experimenting with coco to avoid the bugs and mainly the smell of dirt but I’ve had at 7 seeds so far all except 2 that I’m still waiting on have failed to germinate. These are all seeds from my last grow, mostly dark with stripes, I drop the seed in a glass of water it cracks open and then I put it in soil something is not working now

Place your seeds on paper towel, fold it over and soak it water
Put it in a Tupperware container and leave it on your windowsill or somewhere it sees sun for a few hours. They'll crack no problem in a day or two if they're viable

The seed cracking isn’t the problem it’s after the seed cracks open and I transfer to this tupur I got

Maybe I’ll try doing that way and waiting for the tap root to get a inch long or something

Yeah I see a white blob then I transfer but the root is a few millimeters it worked just about every time before I tried it in coco

I have had 100% success with this.

2 paper towels. Or 2 halves of 1.
Spray with spray bottle.
Place seeds 1" apart at least.
Place other half on top
Spray top half
Place inside bag
Keep bag open and place on paper plate
Cover paper plate with another
Put on top of refrigerator
Mist bag the next day
Within 48hr tongue should stick out
Sow into moistened medium ⅛-¼" deep
Withing 72hrs from sow should have soil breakage.

Best of luck. Maybe the seeds were just duds.

Soak the coco in nutes then squeeze as much of the water out that you can. Looks like you're damping off. What brand coco is it

Yo bruh. Gotta let them babies get a lil longer before slappin 'em in some dirt.

What I do is similar to the above laundry list of steps.

(Optional) Soak in water for 1 day
2(3 if you got mad seeds) paper towel sheets - fold twice and get 'er wet with some nice pH wata
GENTLY wring it out. Momentum is your friend
Open it once so it's only folded once.
Place seeds 3/4-1in apart on one half
Fold that shit
Spray with a lil mist or get your hands wet and flick some water on top
Into a ziplock bag or Tupperware
If doing ziplock I like to trap some air in there so it's like a pillow.
Check every day, keep moist but not wet ( If you know what I'm saying ;))
Wait till the taproots are bout 3/4in.
Get your soil wet with some nice pH water. (I add a little bit of some 1/4 strength 4-10-3 but you probably should do that)
Holes. 1inch. Put the seed root down.
GENTLY cover with some soils.
Wait....

Yup that’s my next step if these don’t work
I’ve been here before the seed is coming up lightweight and just dies later that day never fully sprouting but we’ll l see this time. And the last pic is 1 I just dug up and I can the tap root is growing but it’s so far behind the other seed they were started at the same time so maybe it died I’ll know in a few days
