My first bike was a YZ80..... I had lots of fun on that little bike. I actually just realized I had 2 YZ's as a kid. There was several years between the 80 and the 490.... I actually bought both of them from the same old guy. Was my brothers best friends dad. Same guy I bought a wrecked street bike off of and stuck the motor on an old three wheeled gold cart. I still wonder how I'm still alive.
Nice. I always had Honda's. Few others though. That IT490. A YZ250. A KTM SX250. KX125 and an RM125. I always ended up back on a Honda. Also I was payed the best to ride Honda's.
Still got the golf cart? Lol. If we knew each other as kids I'm sure we'd be broken right now.

I traded an rc airplane for the shittiest golf cart in the world.. it ran for like a week then broke. Instead of fixing it we stripped it. Only thing left was the shell.. the steering and a seat. No brakes or anything. We pulled it from our quads and it was bad lol. I learned real fear lol.

Looks like @Pwezzy got his post deleted. I guess even the mods didn't like his stupidity in my thread. Hopefully he got the ban hammer and he's outta my thread for good.

Lingerer fucking LINGER!!!!!

I like to quote him so he can't delete his silly comments when it dawns on him that he was hoisted by his own petard.
Its fun to watch.

I've rolled a couple 3 wheelers. Way easier to roll than a quad in my opinion. When I raced motorcross I just got a new Thor Core 4 helmet and was hyped about it. Got on a friend's 250r and was doing a wheelie playing around then I hit the power band and flipped right on my back and the bars got my helmet and cracked my visor right in half. I was a sad boy that day
See I've had way worse luck in quads. Flipping backwards is absolutely way more likely on a 3 wheeler. The normal rolling to the side was always way more likely for me when I was on a quad. I had to keep extra clutch levers on hand. Every time I rolled my quad it would brake em off .....never failed.

I would bump start my 490 on a little hill at the house. I took one compression kick to the leg and said fuck that. Not sure if it had a compression relief or not. I don't think it had one or if it did I didn't know or it didn't work. I was terrified to kick that bike. My good friend use to bug his dad about riding his old Harley. His dad said when you can kick it you can ride it. Junior year he got it running. Literally laid it down making his first turn at the end of the street......lol

I've broken levers on hill climbs. You only have to do that walk of shame home once or twice before you start carrying spares.
The 500 is the same way. No relief. It's like kick starting a brick wall. I rock the bike back and forth a couple times in gear before I kick it. Hardly helps but it does start. The sound it makes alone is worth the pain. It sounds like the 2 stroke version of shaking a can with rocks in it

Lol..... I had a go cart with no brakes as a kid. I'd stick my feet against the street to stop. My mom got pissec because shoes would literally get the bottoms melted off in a weeks time. Never did put brakes on it.

The golf carts rear end finally exploded. I was going to put a live axle on it, but some scrappers were driving around and knocked at the door. My dad got sick of looking at it and told them they could take it.....I was crushed.

I've been looking at some stuff. Lil Inda is at go cart age. I seen a super clean old school odyssey with a custom long travel set up. The guy just wanted way to much and wouldn't budge. So I'm thinking about getting a two seater and just putting a big predator twin on it. That way I can govern it when he rides it alone but still ride with him and have the thing move decently. They sell stage three kits for all predator engines. People are getting 20hp out of the 5hp platform and up to 60 from the big twin predators. Literally doing like 70 in a mini buggy frame with an adult riding it. Plus pulling the front wheels no problem using a torque converter jack shaft set up. I've gotta find the perfect frame though.

I grew up kind of poor. More middle class but didn't get all the toys. Most I bought on my own or we would build them.

Take things like riding mowers and mod them to run 40 or 50 mph

Some crazy unsafe stuff was built.

I'm like you guys. It's a wonder I grew up.

That's something I've never done but always wanted to. There are a few old mowers at the ranch. I'd love to slam one and do the pulley swap. I've seen those things hauling some serious ass at the fair grounds. They look bad ass when there slammed to. Ive gotta do it at least once at some point. I use to mow lawns as a kid to buy my toys. I'd even fix up old bikes and mopeds to trade etc etc. Kids these days are so stuck on technology it's sad. Rarely do I see kids playing outside anymore. I remember playing basketball in the street and couldn't wait to get home to be outside.

Lol .....right, haha that brings back memories. Get your ass outside while I finish cooking dinner. I swear kids are addicted to tablets and games. I seen a study that said it triggers the same feel good area of the brain as coke. I try to keep little Indas game and tablet time to a minimum. The hot ass weather and no school makes it tough though.

I dont have kids so I'm not sure my advice is good or not lol.. but games now are getting crazier and crazier. Harder to solve. I've read articles saying video games to a point are good for kids. Helps with problem solving and other shit. Much better than sitting around watching Disney and stuff like that. Also your other post about the Honda Odyssey.. over 20 years after I first seen one.. I still want one so fucking bad. But they are priced super high.. and if it's cheap it's completely beat to hell..
It's hard out here for a pimp.

You should do the sex and have a kid just to see what I'm talking about. It's the only way you'll know dude, trust me. I had an opportunity to buy a rail with a supercharged Buick or Pontiac 6cylinder for stupid cheap. I didn't because I thought the motor was kind of strange. Well it turns out it's a pretty popular engine people use in those. They even sell all the shit to get rid of all the unnecessary bull shit for smog etc etc, as well as pulley kits for the superchargers. Dude wanted 1800 for it. Now I know the frame, suspension and tires were worth that. Oh well, I guess there's always next time.....not really I fucked up missing that deal.

I would really love to get a street legal buggy and do an H or K turbo swap on it. I think that would be a blast. I've just got to many fucking projects and kids rite now.

Seriously though, go make a baby so you can relate

We were talking last night about our daughter, her iPad was dead and we realized she hadn’t used it in 3 days!!! Maybe she misplaced it, idk, but 3 days!! But I can’t blame her for not wanting to go out in this heat, I’m sure it’s hotter now then when I was a kid. Global warming, oh wait, that’s not a thing

I got him a sweet saddle wrapped in a pink cotton candy material. It actually looks just like cotton candy. As you know I only ride him naked. The saddle isn't a big bulky full size saddle either. It's literally just big enough to fit my ass. I was getting bad rashes and chaffing from riding bare ass for long periods. Cool thing is when I ride him it looks like I'm wearing cotton candy for underwear. Even the reigns and straps are covered in that material. I glued a horn to his head but I think you knew that already. Seriously looks just like a unicorn. He's such a majestic beast. I tell strangers he's a unicorn. They don't ever disagree with me. Most of the time they just take there kids and walk away when I ride up on him. His beauty isn't for everyone that's for sure. Can't wait to get my chariot im having custom made. Not trying to be rude, but once the chariot is done I'll have the coolest thing ever.....literally

So majestiic

I recommend assless chaps. No more rash. The chariot is a great idea too.

Oh shit great idea.... I actually have a pair of assless chaps I use when I need to run to town in a hurry. When I get the chariot you could come ride with me. I just don't want you touching my stuff or looking my fuck in the eyes. He's very powerful and literally my spirit animal. As long as you promise to not touch, stay quiet, and not look into his eyes you're welcome to come experience my fuck.

Oh and don't try to eat the cotton candy fabric. It's not really cotton candy. I've tried it like 7 times and it always tastes like plastic.

I just got one to build for my boy to play with.

We even built one when I was a kid that had atv tires all the way round and mud chains on the back. It was awesome.
