stress=less than ideal conditions. why would you do that?
ideal conditions=ideal plant

do you think plants have a fight or flight reaction like mammals?
And to answer your question yes plants build a some what immune system like humans like I said in my post a plant does all these things to protect her seed pods, she's only going to protect the seed pods if she fill it is threatened which we do by stressing her with different techniques

so you'd rather a plant expend energy to heal itself vs using that same energy to grow? that doesn't make any sense.

That's why you gotta know when to do the different techniques and some ways the plant heals it's self is exactly what the grower is looking for. Some stress don't even slow down growth when my stem split the branches was still growing new nodes the next day

why don't you do a side by side: leave one plant untouched, do whatever voodoo growing techniques to the other and then test the THC after harvest. the proof is in the results.

Like I said when I get enough space I plan to try way more of the techniques to see how they test out

I can't leave you alone for a minute. Why are we hurting our plants?

I'm not elite, I'm intermediate at best.

Literally you and CN are some of the smartest people I know. No bullshit brilliant people. Pwezzy has a lot of ideas with absolutely no evidence to back his theories. He can grow a mean palm tree. I admire your Grow skills. I don't think people realize what an Ace gardener you are....you're to humble my dear.
