plants look like they are putting on slight weight still at least in my opinion. kinda of at the half way point of week 9 since flip. definetely running them into week 10 for sure based off the trichomes i seen last night.

plants don't look amazing but i think if i trained them with a scrog next time to get even canopy and try to stack the nodes tighter they would look good. remember i did NOT train these plants all i did was top them once if i recall correctly. i tried to train them but the space was very limited so i didn't go through with the LST.

plants seem to be taking up less and less water over the days i can no run them easily 4 days without needing water 5 if i wanted to. i still water about every 3 days though. towards the ending of week 10 i am going to prune them a little take off the fan leaves and then just let it run with just sugar leaves. a lot of the fan leaves are actually dying off they look green but they are very dry to the tough and crispy or started to yellow or get other issues which i would assume is related to PH issues.

UPDATE: did some fan leaf trimming lots of the fan leaves to me look funky like diseased or something probably from the PH issue i got going on and on Pheno 3 the sugar leaves are starting to yellow again i believe from the PH issue. likely from not calibrating my PH pen ph possibly was too low.

Looks like some good flowers to me! Nice job! I was thinking about this strain the other day wondering what it looked like, so know I know... Let us know how it is!

thanks and i mean overall it was fairly easy to grow but i choose my strains just based on the names and pricing im not super picky as long as it is fem. i try to look at the flavor notes and what i like to smoke nicotine wise which is typically fruity stuff and go off that. i think i might pull pheno 3 off sooner then later got some bad issues with that one i think from all the PH issues but i have to check first if it will be worth while harvesting or i can let it ride as is and it will be okay.

only thing different i would do otherwise after this nutrient run is probably not run AN products for the most part. i feel like i could of gotten all this shit with a cheaper brand of nutrients given i do like their voodoo juice but that is about it everything else i can scrap and plan to once these nutrients are all finished.

buds kinda look the same only 2 things i noticed. 1. the pots are fairly wet. today would be day 3 i believe since i watered and usually by now they are starting to dry out but the pots are fairly moist still. plants not taking up as much water anymore. 2. the buds are starting to smell more refined imo. they used to smell like an alcohol smell now they are smelling more earthy and like citrus. i did feel the bottom buds at the very bottom they are not big but they are getting pretty dense.

i dont entirely know how i plan to harvest as it looks like 1 plant is well on it's way to being harvested in a matter of days the other 2 are still fairly white lots of white pistils. i haven;t really checked the trichomes on those 2 plants though. likely will harvest around next week thursday-sunday more ideal for me to do it on sunday as im off and i plan to probably water 1 last time either tomorrow or wednesday. pretty sure all 3 plants will be ready though doesn't look like the buds are really getting any fatter and water intake has drastically lowered so i believe it is close to harvest

Catching up on your thread, howzit...they're looking fine and you did great just making it all the way. Your strawberry cough look just like mine i finished in Jan.

I think the most important thing is coming up...the drying and curing....if you're not sure on this part, ask...it will make or break your experience.

The smoke is tasty and strong, the most powerful phenos i had were the shorter ones. Anyways i think you'll be pleasantly rewarded with your efforts.

SC about 2 months cure now, smells tangy and delish...

i kinda know how to dry but i don't really got a dehumidifier to drop RH but i think they should be fine. last time i dried the buds were not ready probably had a month or more left on um so the buds were fairly small and airy and i think that is why they tasted so bad and dried so quickly. with these ones they are fat and pretty dense and when i squish the buds they are moist so im sure if i dry then as is like before they will turn out good. i got about 9 days left to go though until harvest so im going to water 1 last time and dry them out just going to dry them in my tent this time and if anything i can always dry them in in my bedroom closet they should be okay

watered today 1gal each with overdrive only no PH. plants are looking a lot more frosty today. hard to see in the pics to me but in person they are noticeably more frosty. i'll try to take a pic when lights go out maybe you guys can see it idk.

about 9 days left takes about 4 days for the top soil to dry out but the middle is still fairly wet so idk if i will be watering again 1 last time but i will be harvesting after week 10 of flip run um down to sunday though then harvest on sunday giving um an extra 2 days. so 11 more days basically. if i run them until thursday only then no need to water but if 11 more days then yea i should water. should be checking trichomes soon will post pics of the trichomes but the plants are looking good. smells amazing i just open up the tent and it hits you in the face. the smell kind of reminds me of lemon pledge kind of lemony smell.

defoliated 2 of the plants and removed the support ties on the tallest one. defoliated just to see what would happen to the buds i mean i look at them and i don't think much harm was done and to show you the results.

overall lots more to improve on during the veg phase. first off i think i need to train properly run a scrog next time get a more even canopy going as you can see lots of the lower buds if not all are not even filled out. tops are the biggest but anything below the tops are pretty bad looking imo. secondly i think i need to keep the node spacing a lot tighter next time. run the lights closer probably im sure they can handle it.

overall i wouldn't say it was the best grow but easily the best of my grows so far despite the issues/imperfections. buds don't seem to really be getting any bigger, water uptake is heavily lacking as well you can see by the soil maybe that they look like they been freshly watered but usually by now the soil isn't that dark and by tomorrow they would have dry patches formed already.

idk if supporting the 1 plant caused the buds to turn out like that because i had to bunch up like 3 kolas per pole but im sure that had to be part of the issue as well due to lack of light penetration. in the end im not mad or disappointed with my results as it is a learning process for me still this is only my 3rd grow and i have a lot to improve on and for me personally i don't set my expectations very high i grow to simply learn i could fuck up my yields or kill off my plants and still wouldn't care it's all about the knowledge gained to perfect the skills.

UPDATE- trichomes look mostly cloudy i would say at least maybe 80-90% is cloudy not much clear trichomes if i am judging color correctly. im not expecting like 100% cloudy because at that point probably some amber ones will start to form.

i think i will be calling is soon possibly today even.

harvested my plants used my best judgement on trichome colors/ratio's and did some research on when to harvest felt it was time to harvest should have not watered tbh if i knew i was going to harvest. Overall learning is the key if they turn out bad at least i got time to adjust my mistakes. got them hanging whole in my bedroom closet will be checking on them daily. make sure no bud rot going on.

Pros- learned more about growing from this grow, learned more about patience, gained more weight in buds, had a good/fun time growing um.

Cons- probably should of left it alone for at least 1 more week before harvest, node spacing too much for my liking, need to tweak a bunch of stuff next grow such as feeding, watering, PH, just the basics.

will be updating harvest results after i finish drying and trimming with total weight. i am guessing i will be drying for 10-12 days though.

10 days of drying mostly whole removed major fan leaves on 2 plants. total weight came out to 181.83 grams. lots of stems of course and i didn't do the best trim job but i wouldnt say it is bad. bud is mostly dried as well i mean it is dry to me im sure i could smoke it if i wanted to and it would taste fine. no smell of chlorophyle either just smells like soil/lemons.

biggest issue i think i could of fixed it after the main tops the rest were like more airy i think i need to stack the nodes tighter next time and possibly trim higher up as well. i kept the buds i felt i could smoke it too small threw it in my compost if decent sized i trimmed. not really trying to add more weight by doing so just didn't want it to go to waste if i could smoke it via a 1 hitter
