strange growth

Ghost train and headband. Roots soil with gh nutes. Ive never seen this. Only thing that has really chanhed is we got the ac fixed so temps dropped drastically. Temp is now 68 with rh at 45. Whats going on?20150816_141729.jpg20150816_141819.jpg
 
when was the ac fixed?
relative to the plants lights cycle. do yiu keep track of temps?

it does look odd, and a strange short lived mutation is possible. but i have seen that odd veggy growth before, crisp,reminiscent of like aloe
 
Were the clones taken from the mother in flower? I monster crop, and the new growth after rooting from a flowering plant looks really strange for the first couple weeks.
 
looks like hemp russet mites to me but you can never be sure scope your plants with 60x magnification or stronger look for little grin of rice looking things white to yellowish to color
