strains for sleeping

i have problems getting tired and sleeping at night what do you guys think is the best strain to get that will really put me to sleep?
 
well i have insomnia (why i have a card) and i use a simple northern lights grown indoor it makes me giggle alot then get relaxed and sleepy outdoor wise its a quik calming then a slow drop on the mind.
 
If I were wanting to go inexpensive on the seeds and get something just to help with sleep I'd look at Seedsman Ata Tundra and Narkush. DNA's Kushberry or Kiwi's Hindu Kush might work but are more expensive. If Ata Tundra and Narkush don't do it probably nothing will.
 
i found the ak very giggly and up but then i may have had a more sat pheno, this bubba kush i'm smoking now might be good i've used the delete button about twenty times writin this
 
I bet a lot of people would think Sensi Star is excellent. $66 fem'd version from attitude and with the "420" discount code only $60 plus $11 shipping.
 
I have the same problem, went through a few different types and I find Romulan the best. I smoke that about 20-30 min before bed and that knocks me on my ass.

Narkush is the first strain that came to mind when I saw this thread title.

I have some Kush seeds I hope to grow soon for this purpose. I don't know the exact strain but in general Kush seems to be good for this purpose.
 
i just popped some hibernate from greenpoint seeds. according to the description it should do the trick. i wont know for sure for a few months though
 
Grew Kosher Kush once, didn't go again due to bud mold and spider mites. But the little bit I tried - "Whoa, this is one strong strai ....zzzzzzsnorezzz".
