Buy a couple febreeze ozone filters.
15 bucks @ wally world or home improvement.
just plug them in a run a couple hours before he shows up.
we had a birthday party at our house in our last week in flowering.
No one can notice.
while your there pick up a new door handle you can lock. There is nothing wrong in locking your personal belongings in a rental home. its no one business. IF he askes just use "Darkroom" answer. and if he needs access he'll have to wait 6 hours for your photography to finish.

--------Excellent idea about the dark room and EVERY BIT your right---know it. Just be very nonchalant about the whole deal.
Yes, you can take the lights down gradually and harvest sooner. It's not as if you won't have a yield to speak of. I say go for the dark room idea. No landlord can rightfully rampage your personal belongings...it's just not lawful. I know it's shitty that any person should have to feel themselves so prone to being criminalized. It's ridiculous....at best. As for those plug-in Febreeze units.....they don't do that much. I have TWO of them going, not to mention some other things. Those alone will not work You could use them in conjuction with some spraying and other things. Covering up or ridding of the smell short term is not at all impossible.

Today's photo report will focus on Plant A: the plant that is taking her sweet time! This weekend the boyfriend and I will try to figure something out in the apt. We'll let you know what we'll decide to do. We're pretty much exploring all our options (some less rosie then others). But our friends promissed us some seeds if we do decide to go drastic. This is our first grow after all. The next one can only be better... and stealthier. I'm thinking of moving the plants in the bathroom closet atm cause it would be easier to have a lock then on the bedroom door, which is much older and crappier. I dunno... we shall see!

The difference between plant A and Plant B. (Plant A is the one at the back. Reminder, both plant were started at the same time from bagseeds).

Me, a creativity high, a camera and a closet grow = EXTREME BUD SHOTS!! (and more pictures then usual! God, I love saturday mornings!!)

Plant D (4" poted plant)

Plant B, My "pseudo-sea-of-green" plant!

On a horticultural note, the buds are starting to get sticky on Plant B and her leaves are starting to turn as well! We are beginning week 6 of flowering an I think Plant B might be about ready to harvest! And then we'll just have Plant A and the 4" potted plants. Maybe they would be easier to conceil away from the landlord when he'll come to fix the bedroom ceiling? Stay tuned for the next episode of Closet Drama!

Haha at the closet drama...

If at all possible, I'd let those plants BOTH go as long as you can.

This could be your end result.

...worth the little extra time.

We reformated the computer and now the pictures that I transfer on it have taken a different format, which I can't explain!
Anywho, we're thinking of harvesting Plant B and the other 4" pot plants very soon. Plant A we're thinking of allowing to mature, which will be easier with the two light arrays on her. Here is a picture of a random bud on plant B, which is getting heavier day after day!

Don't hate me Babs! But we proceeded to harvest all of the plants. But you know what, this first grow has given us almost 3 oz of fruity/skunky smelling weed. We just finished smoking a joint here and we're pretty stone (that's what matthers right). We also have 1.6g of smokeable bubblehash from the clippings(thank you Friend for letting us use your bubble bags and help us do it!) and two little bits of the bigger grades. The weed is fluffy, but whatever! This is our first low budget grow. It's not amazing... but it's definitly not bad! And my god does it ever smell good lol!! Oh, I've already mentionned that! lol. Anywho. We're going to come up with a name for it. It might take a few smoking sessions to do though lol. I honestly thought that I'd get some hermies and maybe a couple of seeds out of the grow, but it was not the case! We already got some bag seeds though for the next grow. We're just waiting for the landlord to fix the bloody bedroom ceiling and then I'll throw some seeds in the propagator. In the meantime I got some tomato plants (you know, some actual genuine tomato producing tomato plants!) on the go to help me cope with the "lost" of my babies! haha! What can I say? This is what I like to do: growing stuff that is! And I'm going to be testing some techniques with the tomato plants, do some crazy stuff with my next grow in mind.

Haha....I had just looked at your bud and was thinking of asking if you had even taken some tasters--I know, I advised against it, but that's because once I start tasting, I just don't stop. In fact, I started the "taste fest" days ago, LOL. This was my first CFL too. Odd thing was, the tiniest of all my buds were the most potent. I have to say I'm not terribly disappointed. Nothing like smoking your own grow.:bigjoint:
You used the molassas, yes?
I want to see pictures of your harvested buds!!! I'm betting they look similar to the picture I posted.:weed:

OK, I feel really lazy now.....must be the indica:-( I want a Sativa!~ I've had my tomato seeds now for well over three weeks!! I am so ashamed that I haven't even started them. I usually have at least 5 different kinds of seeds going this time of year. Phewww, must be all those extra sessions of adding CO2...yeah, that's my excuse.
I figure with everything I really "want" to grow, I'm going to need a much, much bigger place.

The thing is... the camera kinda died on me while we were trimming the buds! lol!! So on the "spice rack" there is only Plant B's bud and I got a picture of Plant B's main cola, but none of Plant A! Timming has been a real bitch for this grow!! lol!!

LOl!! Dear God and I thought I was the only tomato happy planting person out here: I have three strains on the go! Hahaha! I didn't use molasses for our grow... I will with the next though! I kept forgetting to buy molasses at the grocery store: it's just not something we use here. :P We defininetly (as you can probably see in the pictures) could have waited a couple more weeks for the harvest but we needed them out of there. Besides, it's smokeable and that's the essential! I have smoked a lot worse out there, that's for sure! :-)

We... have the Big-Bag syndrom! lol!!! Our stuff really ain't that bad! The problem is, if this w/e harvest celebration spills over onto the week, we're going to run out soon! Haha! And now I REALLY want the landlord to come in and fix his bloody ceiling. Me and the boyfriend chant this verse like a prayer: we need to plant some seeds soon! A friend suggested that we seperate the harvest into smaller bags, so we'll do that sometime before we run out and try to limit our consumption a little! We love it too much! Here are some pictures of our joy and pride:
